Im gonna see if I can write this before my waiter can come back to our table. The long and short is the food is interesting and tasty enough to warrant the stars, but the service severely inhibit this restaurant from getting any farther. We had lunch over Happy Hour on Memorial Day, which was surprisingly not busy (~30% of tables filled). We sat down and ordered drinks and apps and it took a good 30 minutes before we were served and able to order our entrées. Our waiter honestly looked perturbed that we werent served as if someone else were supposed to get the food to our table; what is a server supposed to do if not serve? They were honestly pretty good and matched what Beat what I thought theyd taste like (definitely recommend Zuchinni Curls). Then it took another 30 minutes to get our entrees, where only 2/5 of the entrees were hotter than room temperature. [Damn, he came back now, so I lost the race.] Anyway, my particular meal was pretty good (Fried Chicken Sandwich tossed in Man Cave Sauce), but everyone else at the table was left desiring something else. The only reason why I can think the people are always packing into this restaurant around dinner is that people are still waiting to be served lunch. Maybe in the future, this is worth a revisit, but I now get why there are a few bad reviews here. Now, we wait for the check...

Overpriced and under-cooked food! Strike 1 - My sons chicken sandwich came out so pink that even the server gasped when she saw it. Yet when it was finally remade (after the rest of us had finished our dinner), the manager Derrick barely apologized and delivered the sandwich without the fries, which we had to request again. After the long delay he didnt offer to comp it or give us a coupon for a future visit. Strike 2 - My other son, who is a vegetarian, noticed there were very few vegetarian options on the menu so he ended up not even ordering anything. Strike 3 - When I talked to the General Manager Amanda when we were leaving, she didnt offer to take the charge off, give us a coupon for future visit, but offered us a free meal in the future, on her word of course. When you have food like the Mozzarella Brick at $9.00 for FOUR mozzarella sticks, we will NOT be back and recommend you spend your money on a place with better food and customer service!

Never again!! Our waiter spilled my husbands plate (shrimp and chips) on the table. Only half landed on the table. The other half managed to stay on the plate. The waiter said he would fix it. And left. He left the food all over the table. When he came back he brought a plate with four little shrimp. (He spilled right at double that). By that point I had cut into my brined pork chop and tried to eat. It was so overcooked I could barely cut it and had to have a drink of water to swallow that bite. When the waiter came back i told him I couldnt eat that and would just like a check for the drinks and appetizers. I told him that it was of that he left the food all over the table and he said he was just trying to get more made. Needless to say, we wont be back. I will day that the calamari was great.

Worst experience ever. Went there for the first time today. Hostess seats us on the glass patio. I tell her that Im cold. She says that its heated out on the patio. They have some customer with a dog sitting outside on the patio. Employees keep going outside to pet and play with the dog through the door right at our table! There is another door down from our table! Its 32 degrees outside! Finally after about 5-6 times of employees going in and out of the door I ask for a manager to complain. First about being seated by the door and employees going in and out. Second about employees playing with the dog and getting dog hair on themselves then cooking food! All this incompetent manager could say was well Im sorry. I dont know why people are even sitting out there.

Never in my personal life, or in my many years of being a professional Chef, have I ever had the misfortune of patroning a more overpriced and pretentious facility. The decor, staff, and prices are extremely overdone and unwelcoming. The uniforms the female staff are forced to wear, are more suited to prostitution than the hospitality industry. The atmosphere has no idea what it wishes to be... A sloppily thrown together mess of rustic, industrial, and comfy cabin home, with giant TVs playing sports games thrown here and there. The food was decent, but nowhere near deserving of the prices demanded of them. The alcohol, all of it, is so obscenely overpriced as to be laughable. Never again will I visit this sad excuse for a restaurant, nor do I suggest that you do.

Brickhouse used to be a great place to go for happy hour, a late night bite, or a date night ... but lately the food has been subpar and the service has been terrible. A vendor took us out to lunch recently, we ordered the Bleu & White Chips (used to be a favorite of mine) - the chips were soggy, the blue cheese had all melted and the queso had that film over it. Our drinks sat empty for the majority of the meal, only being filled when we specifically flagged down our server to request a refill. When food arrived, two of the four meals were incorrect. The replacement (Mahi Mahi) didnt arrive for such a long time that everyone else had finished their meals first. What happened to you Brickhouse? You used to be so cool.

I hate that some women are so insecure and that this place makes them think they need to tell the world this place is no good. Okay, I agree the food not stellar but I don’t think that is the main course that attracts its customers. Breaking News, sex sells and the folks that opened Brick House TAVERN hit the nail on the head. Yes, this is a place for men and Secure Ladies. If you don’t fall into one of those categories go to Applebee’s. My wife (27) has no issues eating here and loves the fish and chips (tavern food). No we don’t bring our daughter here, who would it’s a tavern. Don’t blame Brick House if you don’t check out places on the internet before you walk in. Enjoy!!!

Great patio and atmosphere in the Chesterfield Valley, almost makes you forget youre surrounded by retail stores in every direction. Friendly staff and a good beer selection makes this a good place for happy hour and going out with some pals. Its not a party place, the crowd is slightly upper class, but this translates to a quiet enjoyable evening without commotion. Ive only had happy hour appetizers as far as food goes, but definitely nothing to complain about as far as quality. Prices are slightly higher than Im comfortable paying, but nothing out of the question. Brick House is a place on par with the other bar/restaurants nearby including Bar Louie, Fox and Hound.

foods great, prices are pretty reasonable for a restaurant, very nice inside and out, unique atmoshpere, food looks great and tasted great, workers are nice. only few complaints i have is that, only about 2/4 tvs were on out in the patio, very loud in the patio with the high volume speakers and people and no where for the noise to escape because they keep all the glass shut considering they even have a fire place that puts out a decent amount of heat and it was 71 at that time. other complaint would be the organization... had different food brought to my table twice that wasnt mine. other than that I wouldnt mind coming back.
