My coworkers and I order food Togo at least once a week from Rookies. We have never had any issues in the past. Today, however all of our food was messed up. I called and spoke with the manager who quickly told me that there is a new guy in the kitchen who is messing everything up then gave the phone to someone else and asked the second girl to write my name down. As I was explaining the situation she cut me off and told me I needed to bring the food back to receive a refund or new food. The issue is I only have half an hour lunch break. She told me that the manager has made up her mind. I then spoke to the manager again and she wouldnt let me talk. She kept saying all I want to do argue and that she spoke with the owner who has made up his mind. Im not sure how she contacted the owner so quickly . Point is our food was all incorrect, and they did little to try and correct the situation.

This place has great food for reasonable prices. Its a sports bar and has great people working there that have always been very accommodating to me when its just two of us or a large group of us. They have a patio and indoor seating. The Thursday night Filet & Baked Potato special is great. Oh... and the lady with the E-Cig and the 1 star rating can suck-it!

Its a great place to eat. I eat there at least four times a week . ( BUT ) . I called to order a hamburger steak or chopped steak and they never heard of it . REALLY !!! Its a hamburger patty covered with grilled onions and brown gravy . I cant believe thats not on the menu . Is the hamburger steak a southern thing cause Im from Alabama .

This is the second time I visited Rookies, fist time I smoked my ecig with no problem. Couple weeks later came in ordered food the manager came over and told me that I cant smoke ecigs in here and that I was told before (very rude) and made. I told him no problem paid bill and left. Maybee they should put up signs and get different management

On Memorial Day, our whole family went for dinner in the evening, six of us total. The food was fantastic! The Buffalo Chicken Nachos were unique and amazing and the mushroom poppers were great. The burgers were also wonderfull. The service was a little so-so, but they were buisy and seemed understaffed for the day.

The best bar and grill in Saint Charles county. The food is always terrific, the service great and the prices are very reasonable. If there was only one place to go, it would be Rookies for me. All of our friends love Rookies too. Try it for yourself.

Visited this place not too long ago for the first time. Very impressed! Super clean and doesnt smell like smoke. Waitstaff was friendly and the food was great. Glad I took a chance on a new place over lunch. Was not disappointed at all!

Great food everything came prepared well! Loved the wings, fries, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, all came out hot! The service was great too! Great atmosphere for watching a game or corner with a date, and family friendly too!

Always have a pleasant experience here. Good food, nice cocktails, staff has always been friendly even though pressed by customer numbers at times, and outdoor patio (not just a sidenote) is great for friends who smoke.

This place was a disappointment. But if you live in New Town there are not many other options here. I see this more as a family sports restaurant than a sports bar. The smoking patio makes me feel like this is 1980s.

This a sports bar/restaurant. Not 4 star. What you get is good food at a good price, served by unbelievably nice people. Sounds like a great combination to me.

Its a pub. I wasnt a fan the first few times I ate here, but it grew on me. Im not sure what it is, but it just hits the spot for lunch. Try the Michelson.
