Outstanding service! I was traveling and had to hit the road asap, but hadnt had dinner yet and didnt want fast food for my very picky 6 year old son, who does love steak. Since Im not familiar with the area, I asked around and someone suggested 54th street. I informed my server Maureen of our urgency...and she was on it! Took my sons food order with my drink order (since kids generally take longer to eat) and had the food to the table faster than Ive ever experienced anywhere! The food itself was slightly above average, but Maureens exceptional service is what got 5 stars. She even got me a to-go iced tea on my way out, knowing Ill want the caffeine for my long drive ahead. Thats called anticipating your customers needs, and her service was a text book example of that. Kudos!

Visiting from NC, party of 9 and our food was horrible, experience was unforgivable. All 3 Baked potatoes ordered were hard and cold, salad sat out too long before being brought out to our table.. offered another side because there were no more potatoes. One of the steaks were to be well done, was cooked rare.. Cheeseburger and Fries were cold, hot wings were burnt with sauce put on top.. At this point it was 8: 47pm and had to walk out without eating dinner, appetite spoiled.. on top of that we had to pay for the drinks and appetizers.. Manager apologized and handed us the bill for $56.00 with an explanation that staffing today was so crazy! Wow!

Service was good. Ordered the Chicken Fried Chicken 1/2 order for $10. It had one scoop of real mash potatos and gravy, small side BBQ beans (side option) and what was supposed to be a chicken steak was more like a big chicken finger with gravy you get from the gas station. Food was lukewarm. The appetizer was much better than the meal. They offered a free little loaf of bread with your meal which was hot and tasty. Probably will return again and order something different and give it another try. Good menu options, lots of variety to choose from. Little bit of everything even for picky eaters.

This is our fave place to eat. Madison & Alex make our experience 5 stars, everytime! Weve had some not so good servers so we request one of them always & that solves the problem of a possibility of having a "bad server". Thanks guys for always having a smile on your faces, always letting us talk your ears off (& vice versa), & truly being the definition of customer service. We wouldnt continue to come nearly as often if it werent for you two. <3 Rick & Rachè

Great food, crazy amount of options. Usually great service and reasonably quick. If a server notices its taking extra long for someones food to come out or something seems wrong, they immediately have a manager pop over to chat and see what they can do to make it right. Its the only place Ive been where the servers arent afraid to take initiative and grab a manager (not that I request one often!).

We came in around 9pm to have drinks and eat. The service was terrible!! My water was never refilled once I got it. I was told my soup that I ordered had run out right as everyone at my table recieved their food. I sat and waited 15 minutes for my new item to come out by that time everyone was done eating. It was a shame because the food was decent. I will make sure never to go back!!

This is a good all-around restaurant. It is on par with Fridays and Chilis. They dont exactly have the widest on-tap beer selection. The last time I went I got the Blackened Cajun Burger. Its description was similar to that of the Burnin Love Burger at Red Robin, but was still unique and tasty.

Delicious bar and grill food in the valley. They have a ton of options, so you are guaranteed to find something for even the pickiest eaters in your family. Service is generally friendly, but could be faster. There is usually a wait in the evenings, so we try to arrive early to miss the rush.

Not a very pleasant experience. Im not sure if it was just a busy night but our food was cold, the outdoor insects were a huge pest. I would recommend spraying to make the outdoor more appealing for those like myself and family who like to sit outdoors to eat when its nice out.

This is a good place to bring a group of people to, because they have such a huge variety of food. Its all great, too. The outside seating is really nice, and they have a semi-outside area that they open up on nice days. A good solid place to go for lunch or dinner.

Not bad for a chain. Prices are reasonable and the portions are large. Dedicated parking for to go orders. To go service is quick and the food was fresh and still hot even after getting home. Food tasted great. Friendly staff, good food, great service.

Went on a Monday a 7 and we were seated right a way. We then waited for TEN minutes while four (4) different waiters walked pass. Of course we walked out and told the hostess - her responce was sorry. Yes this restaurant is sorry!

Been here many times. Every time I have gone, the food has been outstanding as well as the service. There has been one exception with the slider burgers. They were just nothing special at all. Everything else has been spectacular.

The food was great but the service not so much. It wasnt busy when we went, but the server kept forgetting the bring the food we ordered or brought it incorrectly. The food tasted great, though. Definitely going back for that.

The service was horrible. Sat for too long waiting for someone to take our order. The table next to us didnt have drinks for over 15 minutes. Fajitas were small and sad looking. I just wasnt impressed.

Got the bacon cheese burger and fries. The burger was excellent but the small quantity of fries was a turn off. The interior of the place was very nice I was impressed at the atmosphere

1st time at this establishment. They were crowded, however, we did not have to wait long for seating. Fish Tacos were fantastic! Will consider going back to dine at this location soon.
