I have ordered here for my team at work probably a dozen times and not one single time has everything been right. We dont make complicated orders, just "buffalo chicken sandwich" or "buffalo chicken sandwich with atomic sauce" - pretty easy stuff. They usually get the actual food right (though it has been wrong as well. I asked for extra Ranch today and didnt get it), but they have a serious problem honoring the prices they advertise on their website. The lunch buffalo chicken sandwich mean is advertised as $8 with fries. We have asked more than once what the difference between the lunch buffalo chicken sandwich and the dinner buffalo chicken sandwich is and have been told every time there is no difference in the food, just the price. If you order during their lunch hours, you have to specify that you want the lunch version. However, today was a new worst experience for me. I ordered lunch for myself and one of my coworkers and made sure to specify that I wanted the lunch buffalo chicken sandwich. When I got there, the receipt was printed with a charge for $9.50 for the sandwich. I withheld my card and asked that it be changed. The manager (Thomas I think his name was?) came over and started defending the price of the added bacon on the grilled cheese and I let him finish and then said "Im not questioning that, Im asking why Im being charged the dinner price for the buffalo chicken during lunch hours after I specified "lunch." He fixed it and I paid, and tipped the waitress that got my food and thanked her. Another customer at the bar asked me what was going on and while I was explaining it, Thomas walked up and interrupted to tell me with the attitude of a defiant teenager that he was the one that put my order in. I said "but I talked to Kathleen on the phone?" and he said "I know" so I said "and I specified that I wanted the lunch order" to which he also just said "I know." At this point it became clear that he purposefully overcharged me and as many times as it has happened, coupled with how much of a hassle it is to get them to charge the right amount, it is clear that this is a management policy to try to make the bottom line look better. I will not be eating here any more, nor will I be ordering lunch for my team here. Good luck with your bottom line.

One star is charitable. Ive been coming here for a long time for the Guinness & specials, however... it has been a few months. On Sundays they typically have $5.00 Ribs, so my wife and I thought wed stop in about 5ish. Waitress was very nice, but the Guinness took 5min because "bar was very busy" (place was almost empty). We ordered the "Rib" special which we confirmed they still had, but it ended up being $16 per plate - she stated "Mgr said we were not offering anymore" after we got the bill. I actually signed the bill, a bit disappointed, but - whatever... when my wife noticed that the board still had the special on it except it was $8 vs $5 (see pic). We informed the waitress who asked her manager about it and he still said they are not offering it. Well, I took the pic went to the almost empty bar to ask him politely to discuss it and the mgr (tattooed arm guy) cut me off and said "no we dont do that anymore." Very annoyed, I held my cool and showed him the pic on my phone and said that this is from after the new year and today is the 8th... Jan 1st was first Sunday of the year, this is the second - so when did it change? He stormed passed me and said "Ill give it to you" as he walked to the register. I went back to my table and the waitress was changing it while the Mgr again stormed passed and ripped the sign off the wall, took it behind the bar and began erasing the rib section. UMMM, WOW. No wonder we were only ones in the main dining room @ dinner time on a Sunday and Bar Area almost empty even with all the TVs. Please do not come here unless you have to, mediocre food, bad decor, and now - terrible management enough to pi$$ you off. Other places in are much, much better.

We loved F&H when we first moved out here in 2006. They had great food and the atmosphere was decent since they had a dining room separate from the bar area. Over time, though, it seems theyve decided to push more for a bar than an actual pub, switching from really good food to standard greasy bar crap. The dining room isnt really as such anymore, one entire wall is taken up by big screen TVs airing sports events/commentary; the fact that theyre muted doesnt do much to lessen their impact, since the lighting in the dining room is so low that the light from the TVs causes me headaches. Im sure its great as a bar, but thats not why we went there, and we wont be back. Were disappointed to have lost a decent spot for eating out so well just take our money elsewhere.

I have been going to this fox and hound location for some time and I have always had a great experience. At one point we were given a party starter by the party coordinator, who said she they are always free, so the last reviewer must be confused. It was great have a bunch of free appetizers and the service was wonderful. The girls who work there have always been incredible friendly and quick to keep refills coming. The food there is actually better than come pubs and bars that I have been too, not to mention $2 pints on tuesday. It a restaurant definitely worth giving a try, especially with all the different beers they have on draft!

Fox and Hounds used to be great place for lunch or dinner. Last night went back and was extremely disappointed. The staff are as friendly and helpful as usual but the food was disgusting. Example. The chile powers were full of uncooked bacon gristle, not even my pets would have eaten this. The chicken dish I ordered had a texture of rubber and was tasteless. The only thing good was the beer being ice cold.Nothing else. Fox and Hound company, do your self a favor and get qualified cooks. You food last night was the worst I have had in the past 5 years. Do you care about customers? With this kind of garbage being served I dont think so.

The service was ok but the food was terrible. For starters they only have chips and veggie burgers for vegetarians. Not surprised it is a bar and grill, but when you order something you do expect it to come out right? If i didnt notice that my veggie burger was beef i would have had a huge stomach problem. Even the burger my boyfriend had came out bad, Lets just say he had terrible heartburn and he doesnt get heartburn. I wouldnt recommended it especially for how expensive it was. There are much nicer bar and grills out there to experience.

This is one of my favorite bar & grills in the valley. It is large enough that it can house a lot of people without it feeling overly crowded. The food is delicious and my girlfriends and I love the fact that happy hour doesnt end until 7:00. My family held my wedding shower in one of the 3 large private rooms that can be reserved. I heard nothing but good things from all the women and it was a fun time with great food and drinks. We will definitely continue to visit this restaurant.
