I love the food here, its delicious. I only want to warn people that if you go, make sure you have your whole party with you. My family went up a little early to get a table, as my mother cant stand for long. But they will not give you a table unless everyone is there. They gave up a table to sit 8, which is what we needed, to a 3 person party that showed up 10 minutes after us, 5 minutes later my parents arrived and it was too late, but they had a spot for 4. Also, my parents were babysitting and bought a plate for my nephews to share and come to find out they charge you to share a plate.

Stopped in for a late lunch and ordered a bottle of beer for $2.75. Off to a great start, I thought. Then we ordered the sausage and cheese toasted ravioli . They were different but good. I ordered the smoked brisket sandwich which was to die for. They put just the right amount of slaw and BBQ sauce on it. The twice baked potatoe cassorole was stick to your ribs good. My boyfriend got the pulled pork Sammy and chips and they were both exceptional, as well! Great food good service witgs great prices. Well be back.

The setting is casual, but they take the food very seriously! Everything was excellent! The specialty is smoked meats,but they also smoke the barbecue sauce! The fish fillets are dredged and fried for each order. The baked beans are fabulous. The cole slaw is light and crunchy with a hint of sweetness, excellent with the smoked meats. They have a good selection of beers on tap, both domestic and imported. Go raely and often.

I have been there about 10 times times. Good down-home food (BBQ, catfish filets, fried chicken, etc) at very reasonable prices. Recently remodeled and now completely non-smoking. Full bar. The place is usually pretty busy and the hostesses seem to make some questionable seating choices often. No kids menu, but if you have your kids share a plate theyll charge you $1 for doing so, which is a ridiculous policy.

Great and incredibly affordable food. Im a big guy who can usually eat a good amount but I was full after 12 wings (which were amazing and much bigger than you find most other places) and some fries. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and very attentive and helpful. Even the burger that I got to the next day was really good still even after spending the night in the fridge.

This was first time I have been here. I had the 4 piece chicken. OMG it was so delicious. My friend got the catfish and half slab of ribs. I had a bite of the fish and it did not have a fishy taste. The ribs were awesome. Got the half slab any place else would have been a whole slab. Our waitress Hollie was so sweet. We will definitely come back again.

Place is cleaned up service was terrific and food was good my grandson love the hot chicken wings and my granddaughter had some kind of hobo sandwich that was really good potato skins were good my pork steak was a little tough but other than that the mashed potatoes are awesome with the cheese in them ooh yeah

The bartender today has a terrible attitude. This place came highly recommended by coworkers, but maybe only "certain" people are worthy of good service with a smile. I felt uncomfortable and just took my food to go. I dont care how good the food is I will never return with the poor service.

A great place that went under construction to produce an even greater place. Great comfort foods. Great salad options. Large portions at reasonable prices. Belly up to the bar or sit at one of the tables. This place is very efficient from order to delivering the food to your table.

I would of given a 5. The food was great. Server was good. My one complaint is I was charged $1 for a extra plate. I just got out of the hospital and knew I could not eat a entire meal. So I ate from my daughters dinner. Thought it was kind of petty to charge for my empty plate.

There is almost ALWAYS A LINE! BE READY FOR IT! Its the sign of a great restaurant! Great food, great prices!! Awesome fried chicken and fried catfish!! Get the catfish fillets! Ribs are awesome, I cant think of anything I dont like there. Service is usually pretty good! Yum!!!!

Just overall amazing! The food is phenomenal, its clean, the wait staff is fast, friendly and efficient! Very large portions so definitely come with a big appetite! I person love theyre cat nuggets (made 2 meals for me) and their catfish dinner. Very good! Worth a trip!

Bam, Bam, Bam !!! Everything Ive ever eatin has been great. The service is second to none and the owners are approachable and friendly. I started coming here back in December of 2015 when Hatfield & McCoys closed down and have not been disappointed in the least .

This place is always packed! Despite the perpetual, constant flow of traffic Ive placed multiple to-go orders. 99% of the time they have my order ready to go in a timely manner with the right order. Ill always eat here.

We werent impressed with the food. It all seemed to be overcooked but we also went on Mothers Day - possibly one of their busiest days of the year. I would be willing to try it again on a not so busy day.

Food is great for a bar and grill. The Fried Chicken on Wednesdays and the Catfish on Fridays are second to none. Its a feel good place to have a drink with friends, but the food is the star here.

Great fried chicken, fried catfish, pizza. Try Freddie the Freeloader, which is a fried pork tenderloin sandwich. Too die for. Prices very reasonable.

Great hidden place for the best fried chicken the St Louis area. I should know being from the south. Ribs are really good also.
