Big frowny face! Wow. first of all besides the horrible experience, I could not leave a message to B.kK. either from the store nor corporate website. There most likely is a way, but they hide it so bad, its hard to find. That being said...this is horrible. I had recently complained that I had bad service at my local MCDonalds and that I exclaimed I was never going to go back and that Burger King would be my new go to place for fast "bad" food. Well..... When I arrived, at 1:19 pm on Saturday 8/12/2017, i was at the drive through. I ordered. Then after my order amount was confirmed, I seen a sign written on an 8.5 x 11" standard piece of paper with a Sharpie that "Credit cards" were not accepted at this time. So as a frustrated hungry butt head, I said that it was pretty bad that cards were not accepted. I do understand they sometimes have POS issues. Well that being said, why would they take debit cards, but not credit cards???? Sounded fishy. I did say that it was a shame that this place does this and that they need to get their act together. (But in my defense, the difference between Debit and Credit makes no sense.) either some one was incompetent to write the sign correctly, or, they are up to some shenanigans! Regardless, when after I said what I did and said "thank you" and left, i heard him say, "Thank you and have a great F*****g day". you know what that means.... Hmmmmm. Yeah I suppose. But at the end of the day, employees should not say this. In conclusion, I have had numerous issues with this BK but this is my first time to complain. I would do so to corporate, but they make it pretty hard to do. So do your self a favor. Dont go here unless you are very hungry. I like the food, but not THAT much. Now I am forced to go back to that McDonalds near my house! (Shudder!) Please read my review on that location. I went to cousins.....Oh yes! Ugh!

We went there in early June. Now Im not originally from Madison so I dont know if there were previous establishments before that Burger King, but the placing of the drive thru was weird. When we pulled up to the window, the cashier handed us our drinks...with about two inches of air between the liquid and the lid. Another employee told us to move to the curb and they would bring our 2 orders of $1.49 nuggets out to us. I know what its like in food service, you need more product, and you move a car to keep the drive thru flowing. So when we got the nuggets, they were hot, but my friend asked me to try one because the flavor was off. Sure enough, she was right. They did not drain them long enough so they were covered in grease. Boy, did I regret doing that favor for her. I kid you not, I almost crapped my pants. Like walking down the sidewalk, stopped me dead in my tracks, I almost dropped a big one, right then and there. Thank god, I made it to a bathroom in time. When we called about it, they were very rude, claiming it wasnt their problem. Honey, Id rather pay $1.49 for a decently drained order of nuggets than spend more money on a new pair of undies. So if you want clean underwear, avoid this establishment.

I went to Burger King today 07/20/15 at approx: 11:40am. The reason I am giving this review a 1 star is because of a few things today. 1: The drive through speaker was broken so you had to drive up to the window to order food. 2: Because of this I had to wait about 10 minutes to just get to the window to order (only 2 cars in front of me) 3: I wanted a large combo and she said they only could do a medium (huh?!) she did not give me any reasons why (out of large cups? running out of fries??) and 4: I noticed they did not give me a receipt for today knowing that people were probably going to report to corporate the several things that were wrong today. The lady at the drive up was nice but that wasnt the issue. I am glad they remodeled this place but aside from that the wait times here are always very long and seems like the turn over here is high. I really hope they up their game soon. McDonalds is just a few hundred feet from them and their speed/service is 10x quicker than Burger King is.

Giving this store even 1 star is beyond what they deserve! A negative star rating would be a better option! Went to the store last night (07/15/2010) and was literally the only person in the building besides employees (which included a manager and 5 others). It took no less than 20 minutes for me to get my food once I ordered, even though the food was up in the "shute" within 5 mins. The store was filthy--there were litterally bugs flying in/around the trash cans and the tables and seats were dirty. While I was waiting for my food I saw the cook help a female employee climb up racks in the back while he held her butt to stabilize her--yeah he went straight back to making food! I asked to talk to the manager, who had a bad attitude and as soon as she walked up tossed 2 "free meal" cards on the counter in front of me and said "thats all the district managers would do too" prior to me even saying anything to her! Horrible service, cold and nasty food, and filthy restaurant and employees!

Was going to get some food as I had some coupons I was looking forward to using but when I got there, I parked my car and was about to go inside as I did not know the inside was closed for this particular day (21 April 2017) and one employee came out to deliver food to a waiting car and paused to shout quite angrily at us that the inside was closed. She did not sound sincere or like she enjoyed her job even in the least. After that first impression, I was not confident in their ability to deliver food with any accuracy or speed, much less make it sanitary. I know that unhappy fast food employees such as that cause the entire crew to be unhappy and that causes the food quality to suffer. After realizing that, I promptly decided to go across the parking lot to McDonalds where the employees were much nicer and happier. DO NOT GO TO THIS BK, save the headache and just go 100 yards down the road to McDonalds. If you need anymore proof, read the other reviews.

A lot of the reviews here are a bit biased and opinionated. I will present nothing but facts. I have never been to this establishment and had my order prepared correctly. A few times they even got it wrong the second time. I have never been able to find a clean table. The ketchup thingy never has any ketchup. Often times the people in the kitchen arent uniform. No gloves. The most recent (and final time) I ate here I ordered a chicken sandwich. Not only did they get my order wrong (even though I gave no special instructions) the lettuce on the sandwich was brown and mushy, if you worked it in your fingertips it turned to paste. I took my tray to the counter and dumped it on the floor, then walked out the door. I havent been back. I bet that mess is still sitting there. Too bad I cant give it 0/5 stars.
