Absolutely horrible. The place was empty except for the 4 people in front of me in line. The cashier was very unprofessional and carried on a conversation with these people for 15 minutes. When i finally ordered i was waiting for my food for 20 minutes. They were out of napkins, half of the drinks from the dispenser were empty, no mild sauce dirty floor that smelled of mildew as soon as i walked in, dirty tables, and no fried food whick greatly limited what i was able to order. They screwed up what i did order. Worst part is the cashier didnt even know it sucked and was tellling everyone to fill out a customer survey. Never going back there.

I found (by biting into it) a clump of hair in my burrito from this place. After violently vomiting, I called to complain and to get my money back from the manager. Also to let them know that someone wasnt keeping their hair up. They told me that they did not believe it and would not give me a refund. Horrid place, horrid staff and a great possibility that you could be the next one pulling a clump of hair out of your throat!

Every time I come through the drive-thru at night they get some part of my order wrong.. its actually quite pathetic. I speak as clear as possible and even repeat my order but theres always something prepared wrong or a missing item. And the employees could care less. They need a complete overhaul from top to bottom.. I wish I had two extra hands so I could give them four thumbs down.

This place sucks. Terrible management. Terrible quality. Avoid this at all costs. I doubt anyone has a clean record, not a welfare case or has any idea what service is. Seriously.. I work close by.. Ive tolerated the service enough times to know. This place sucks wet turds out of flaming homos at 6am. Jussayin.

Its horrible, The food is always halfway cooked and cold! They dont act like they care at all and when there is long lines at the drive -thru late at night, they take their sweet time, and dont seem to be rushed at all, I waited in line for 30 mins one time. The food is ALWAYS nasty. Take pride in your work.

you need more dedicated workers, there were 2 people there last night at 2 am and hour before you guys close and they just had no interest in even taking my order or others, I dot know who you are but I know what you drive. White Ford SUV, get your stuff together dude.

The staff is rude the food is not as you ordered even if you pay extra to have it added. You got to get angry to have your food fixed right. All I can say is the staff would not eat the food theway they serve it to the public.
