This location is poorly operated and managed. After a 2 minute conversation about how a 1$ bill plus the remaining balance of my debit card would cover a 6.08$ order, the staff member and then the manager Allen swiped my card first about 7 or 8 times, costing my card 25 cents each swipe. Next the manager tells me hes sorry and isnt sure what to do, he cant put the swiped money back on the card, I have to talk to the card issuer, have a good day. How about a little customer service? I had to sit there watching you swipe away my lunch money before sending me off empty handed. Maybe with your apology you could have offered the food you made for me instead of leaving it under the heat lamps. Still hungry, empty handed, and now broke. Thanks burger king. Not using this location again

The girl working the drive thru tonight 2/10/17 11:30pm was very rude. I couldnt even place my order without her interrupting me after each item (anything else), when I told her she would have my entire order if she wouldnt interrupt me, she then put me on hold. I will never go to that location again & I will tell everyone I can not to go there. I am also going to post about this incident on every social media that I can. I will be calling corporate also. Unfortunately I didnt get a name, but I do kno the time & I kno there are cameras. It shouldnt be too hard for management to figure out who she is. Hopefully, they will do something about this. And I hope she is taught proper customer service before she is allowed to deal directly with customers again.

The place is nasty... the people are so what friendly.. the food is even nastier... I ordered the extra long cheeseburger ...and when I got home and opened it everything that was supposed to be on the burger which is cheese lettuce tomatoes onions was inside my wrapper not on my burger... they just slap the burger together and the meat was cold... I been trying to call them but get nothing but a fax number ....and then they let it ring and ring and dont answer....poor customer service... honestly they need to fire everybody and rehire people that knows what theyre doing...will never eat there again....

The NEVER get your order right. They dont listen to a word you say. You wanted two cheeseburgers? Surprise! You get one double cheeseburger. You ordered onion rings? Surprise! We dont care, you dont get any sides! The order takers and order makers arent listening to customers. Going here for lunch will just end up being a mental debate on whether to go waste your time complaining or just deal with the fact that you paid money for something that you didnt receive.

Today We went at 6 a.m.... The huge lady at the window was rushing us to order and rude. We was the first to order. We had to wait 5 mins for our order in the front and thats not a problem caus I know they just opened. Then another lady came and brought it, I said thank u and she just rolled her eyes and walked away. Well Im thinking , I didnt make u work early on a Saturday. I cant stand rude people. Guess what what , Im a visitor from out of town .

We drove up to the drive thru speaker and was greeted with an unhappy sounding "HI CAN I TAKE YO ODA". We stated the beginning of our order and didnt even give us five seconds to finish the order before they stated the total and dismissed us. My friend and I were somewhat insulted so we just drove off and decided to just eat somewhere else.

Check your bags before you leave drive thru, never right. Kids meal never has the toy in it when you go through the drive thru. Nice people but they need to learn to put everything thing in the to go bags at the drive thru. I dont dine in cause its dirty every time I go inside. Bums hang out by the door harrasin you. Place needs work!
