Without a doubt, one of the worst restaurant experiences weve ever had. Waited well over 50 minutes before our food arrived. Another party of four came in about 20 mins after us and was halfway through eating before our food arrived. Not cool, especially when we had a toddler at our table. The "waitress" never once refilled our drinks (and we only had water...we had planned to order other drinks). My husband had to flag the "waitress" down to even find out where our food was (40mins into waiting) and then had to ask several times how long our food would be but got no definite answer. My daughters food wasnt prepared correctly which was especially disappointing after the wait. We were charged for my daughters meal even though we were told kids eat free. The manager stopped by our table but that was the last we saw of her - she never apologized for our wait or made sure we were happy. As travellers who were looking for a quick bite to eat, the experience could not have been worse. Really disappointed in Ihop!!!!

I have never posted a review for anywhere but the service here was so awful that if I could give it a zero rating I would. I dont know if that even counts because there was NO service. Some random person who didnt work for I-HOP seated us and others because "theyre backed up and Im trying to help" we could get nothing to drink but water because this customer didnt know where anything else was. Thank you to this girl but thats just unacceptable. There were two waitresses working and they waited on everyone around us, took their orders, brought their food, everything. But they didnt say one word to us. Not even a hold on Ill be with you in a minute. In the over 30 minutes we sat there they did not even acknowledge us. This is the first time Ive ever walked out of a restaurant without being served. I will not be back.

Hands down the worst experience ever. 1st impression the greeter was promt and seated us quickly, she was nice but didnt wear a name tag?? 30minutes later she passed our table so we got her attention and she nicely brought us drinks# mind u the lady who waited on the tables surrounding our table never acknowledged us at all, An hour into our long wait we asked the greeter what was taking so long her reply was i know they are slow? Needless to say we walked out after waiting 1hour and 25minutes for our food. I will never stop here again! Also all the employees where dressed sloppy and the Caucasian cook behind the counter was eating fries as she cooked? There where 3 cooks and pleanty of help so i dont know what to say about this?

We went on a Sunday morning (2-12-17) around 1030 am we sat at our table at least 45 mins and never got our food. We were in the back section of the restaurant with about 6 to 8 other tables and no one had any food. Also our waitress was running around crazy I think they gave her too many tables I felt sorry for her. She was polite and kept our coffee filled up but you can only drink so much coffee! We ended up leaving as did the family next to us who had been there about 10 mind longer than us. RIDICULOUS. Wont be back.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Horrible. 2 out of 3 times i have tried to call an order I have had to come to the restaurant to place a to go order. The 1st time they would not answer the phone. I called 10+ times. The 2nd time I was told they were not taking to go orders. Really!! I had to wait 20 minutes to place the to go order... If there was anything else open. I would leave. I do not recommended this restaurant at all. The waitress did not know what she was doing

I wish I could give this place a "burn it down" rating. They front staff are so slow my beard grew out before I was seated, they server took forever, the food was garbage at best, and the one drink we got with our breakfast was the last one we got for the entire meal cause that server went MIA faster than a hack rabbit and never showed back up to the table except to drop off the check... That was a rip off! We will never be back to that poor excuse for a buisness...NEVER!

Worse ihop ever ! We waited over an hour for our food then every order came out missing something or not at all. After 3 hours we finally got everything. We pretty much had to serve ourselves to drinks and dirty utensils. The employees nor the manager seemed qualified enough to even work there. No one cleared our table of extra cups or plates or even came to check for to see if we needed anything.we had to hunt our waiter down for everything. Never again will i eat here

Waited an hour and a half with my two young children a 1 yo and a 5 yo, no ONE had took our orders. Took 45 mins to be seated and the woman "serving" us took drink orders after sitting at the table for 15 minutes. She only returned with one drink nothing for my children my son was crying at this point and my daughter telling me her stomach hurts. She never returned for 30 minutes after that with both my children crying because they were hungry so NO I WILL NOT be back.

Terrible experience. Place was empty but waitor to busy to wait on us. Floor was disgusting in dining area and all over kitchen floor. Dirty tables surrounding us and never cleaned any of them during entire meal service. 1 napkin apiece. Employees young child walking around kitchen. Husband never received all of his food. Ceiling fan above our table missing a blade which about sums up full experience. Stay away.

We were there and young lady. Came asked what we were drinking then toke our order wrong then blame us for it we didnt tell her my husband cant eat Bell peppers they made his food over then brought him 2mini pancakes out like he was a child I always order steak it had so much fat on it til I could eat it they use to have best steaks n townnow it just sad for the money u pay food shouldnt be where u cant eat it bad nite

We waited over a hour for our order in the mid-afternoon (not busy). Then when the order came out it was THE WRONG ITEM. Our waitress taking our order without writing it down may have been why. We told her it was wrong and she just grabbed it and went back to the kitchen without a word. 20 minutes of waiting like idiots later, we got up and left. Honestly disguised by this service. NEVER GOING BACK.

We didnt go past the hostess! The restaurant was over 1/2 empty and she said we would have to wait 10 to 15 minutes to be seated. I questioned and her response was because they were trying to get food out and they didnt want us to wait so long to get our food. Ummmm whats wrong with sitting us, getting our drinks and explaining the kitchen was a bit backed up. We walked out.
