Never have I been so disgusted with an establishment that I felt the need to look them up and write a review when I got home but I guess theres a first time for everything. We should have walked out immediately as the place smelled like mildew. If this place hasnt recently flooded then the help must be going bananas with the water hose in the evening or the climate control isnt being run/serviced properly. However, we made the mistake of being seated anyway. If youre fond of poorly prepared dishes swimming in whatever sauce they are supposed to be served with or perhaps you like other peoples hair in your food, this is the place for you. Just know, your guess is as good as mine as to what youll be served since what you order and what you get dont seem to have to match. I know good help is hard to find, but this IHOP wasnt in this condition because of employees, ownership is at the root of this disgusting pit. My stomach still turns when I think of it and its been a week since we ate there. IHOP is great, weve eaten at many, but this place should be stripped of their franchise rights before IHOP gets a bad name from it. Gulfport is a popular enough destination to cause harm if your name is hung on the outside of a place such as this.

I never write reviews but I feel as though I needed to because the bathrooms was nasty and had a bad odor and on top of that some had vomited on the floor and it was just sitting there but they did cover it up we asked to sit on the other side but they said something about that side was closed and we couldnt sit there so we ordered our food I got the fried chicken dinner and my friend and husband got the steak omelets and their food was cold but they ate it anyway but the group next to us food was cold too but they sent it back and you could hear the manger and the server going back and forth about why they sent the food back it was just a very unpleasant experience but I can say she discounted the food but it was like her and the waiter didnt really care then as my friend was talking to the manger the waiter says he dont get paid enough to deal with some Like this and walked off I just thought people should be prepared

I ate here the last week of June and the place is deplorable! I had to ask 3 times for butter and they insisted that no IHOP served Maple Syrup. So after asking for Maple Syrup 4 times, I was told there was nothing wrong with the table syrup! You know theres a problem when the staff says the owner is too cheap! My pancakes werent cooked in the middle. Maybe its because I asked for blueberries on the side? Also, we were hoping for drink refills offered when your glass is empty since the waitress is waiting on a nearby table. Im so glad that the IHOP in Paducah, Kentucky If it werent for my local IHOP, Id never eat at another store! The store needed a serious cleaning and some maintenance. Was this restaurant damaged in the flood?

My Son brought me here to eat late-night. There was only 1 couple here. The coffee was old (burnt) My iced teas was sour!? Others that came in after us got their meals before us. We waited too long since the place was too empty. The bacon that I ordered extra crispy looked burnt yet rubbery. She took it back & brought the SAME bacon back a little MORE BLACK & still rubbery. We had to ask for the salsa & butter etc. All the things that were to come with the meals. I ate a lil of mine. Just not tasty. Just think that to be so few here it would be much better. As I use to love IHOP before.

The hostess was very nice and cordial...but when we were seated our waitress tone of voice was nasty and she acted as though serving us was bothering her. We figured it was because of the Easter Sunday crowd, but as we listened in on the other memebers of the wait staff, we concluded that was just her. I hated to not leave her a tip but I genuinely didnt feel as though she deserved it. Other than Her, everything else was ok.

Terrible. Place stunk smelled like mildew! Food came out looking like it was being served to prisoners. Manager cooked the food and the cheese wasnt melted in my eggs. He threw the food in the window food was flying. We has to walk out....between the smell of the place and the trash out front and our food my stomach turns just thinking about it. Dont waste your time and money!

Krystal is a wonderful waitress. From the time we showed up she was on her game. She immediately served us out drinks and maintained our refills. She took our orders and got them out to us quickly and when my eggs werent right she was on top of it and got them fixed immediately. She was very friendly and focused. If I could give 100 stars to krystal she deserves them!

This place has gotten completely out of control. We went in and automatically noticed the messy floors. The wait time was ridiculous. We waited 25 minutes for them to get our drink orders then we just left after no one came to our table. Ill go elsewhere since no one knows how to have great customer service! And you wonder why you dont get $15 an hour. My goodness.

I usually dont do reviews on places I eat cause I feel like I get the same customer service everywhere I go. Well tonight was different, we was helped by this wonderful gentleman named Jamaica. He was very pleasant and full of enthusiasm. He made sure we had the best service we could ever possibly get. If you go, ask to be helped by him, he will not disappoint.

Ihop always has good food. This restaurant has the same. The staff are a bit scatter brained and getting them to bring you something requires repeating yourself at least two times when they come back empty-handed. The parking situation is absolutely ridiculous at this restaurant which deters me from being a more frequent guest.

Saw two tables leave due to not getting waited on. My order was wrong and there was a piece of the porcelain plate in my hash browns. The manager didnt even come over to apologize to me. They did take my food off the bill. They are lacking in good management at IHOP. I doubt Ill ever go back.

I called to put in a take out order, the lady answering the phone said just a minute, 5 minutes later someone hung up the phone. I called again and my call was not answered. If they dont want to do take out orders then just say it. I can take my business elsewhere and at cheaper prices.

My family and I came to Biloxi from Alexandria, LA on vacation and stopped here for some brunch. This was our first visit. The service was amazing and our server Alexius was spectacular. The food was delicious, and the food came super fast. BEST FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE!!!

I came to I Hop on my way from San Antonio, Tx to Florida. I am a homeless disabled veteran and due to issues with my truck we were stranded without money, food, or housing. They allowed me to sit in a booth and make some calls for help and the staff was very polite.
