My husband and I ate at Huddle House last Sunday (August 7 2016). The restaurant was dirty - it was busy so you thought that they hadnt had time to clean but I watched waitresses go up to tables and talk to people socially but not clean up the dirty tables or the floors. I wanted to go but my husband said wait - we were ignored when we came in and seated ourselves but finally were approached and was given our drinks. We waited an hour to get our food - some of the order was not filled. The bathroom was filthy. Our waitress was trying but others were rude, I had to ask for coffee when one came by with a pot of coffee even though we set the coffee cup to the side for all to see. My husband and I were sick from the food - the health department needs to look into cleaning the place up. I have to give a rating for this to post or I would not have given even a one star. We were the only peole in the restaurant. We waited 20 before anyone came to the table, though someone kept saying well be with you in a moment. When the server finally arrived she didnt greet us nor was she cordial in any way... She said, "Yall know what you want. This immediately made my experience go bad. After giving her our order she returned with our drinks. We waited about twenty minutes for our food, which half of was incorrect as well as cold. One of the people with me had to go get herself ketchup and mayo and sugar. We never received refills and we also had to go get our check to pay. This was horrible serive. The server didnt care that we werent attended and we watched another couple walk out for no service, again we were the ONLY other table there.,

I tried to place a call in order and was told they couldnt take my order over the phone that I would have to come in. I said "you cant take my order over the phone"? And she said "not tonight". Unfortunately, this isnt the first bad, not to mention unprofessional experience with this Huddle House location. Some kind of management is seriously needed here.

Absolutely wonderful service! Both of our servers, Tina and Alex(in training) provided perfect service, leaving no room for a complaint! ! Wouldnt hesitate to return if back this way again. Would hope to get the same servers as we just had. Definitely dont agree with any of the other comments. Please try it for yourselves.

Horrible service, sat down at a table after 5 min a waitress said hello, no drinks given or orders taken. 10 min later I ask why havent we been waited on. The waitresses just pointed fingers to the next lazy incompetent waitress. Horrible service and the floors are very nasty. Eat there at your own risk. I wont be back.

They watched us walk in and then not service us . 15 minutes later i demanded service. Shay the cook was really nice and sweet she took care of us . the waitresses suck . walking around beboxing. Rapping. not cleaning. Will i come back . hell no . ill go to veterans blvd. 8 /14/16 1:50

The waitress brought out our entrees one at a time to the 4 of us over a 20 minute interval. Took over an hour for all of us to get our food from the time our order was taken. We were the only patrons in the restaurant. In fact, there were more flies than patrons, including us.

Waited 15 minutes on food only for it to be warm. Had to go ask for condiments for my potato that was supposed to be a loaded potato. Prime rib had grease filming up on it not a good experience this time.

Just left this place, did not eat, could not sit down. Every table was full of dirty dishes. Waited a few minutes to see if someone would clean us a table but they didnt. Floor was filty. Wont be back.
