Visited here three times in the last month. Well four if you count the time the drive-up window attendant was so rude that I drove away without even ordering. The first time we went in I am the girl behind the counter just stood there on her phone until I got her attention. Had to change our order at least 4 times because everything my daughter wanted they were out of. The soda bar was literally out of everything except one soft drink. The next two visits were both drive-thru and I had to return each time because they had messed up the order so completely. Seriously recommend changing management.

As a first time customer, my first impression was unsatisfactory and I will probably not be back. I stood at the counter for 8 minutes as the lone customer; without even being acknowledged; much less having someone take my order before deciding to leave. There appeared to be 4-5 employees, not taking their jobs seriously. Fortunately, Chick Fil A is right down the street!

The best experience Ive received at this location. Usually its just ok, my sandwich was never right. Have it your way???? If may have been because upper management was at the location. I was happy for that, or if may have been the same as usual. All I can say is take note and be consistent even if upper management is not around.

No more chances. Order not accurate, food not fresh at all, cold, small drink and fry when asking for large meal. Indifferent staff. I should have known better than to give them another chance. I was just hopeful. Got what I deserved for thinking anything has changed at this location.

With each visit the cashier usually doesnt get your order correct. When there isnt a line an very little customers . You still have to wait an extra 5ir 10 minutes for your food to be prepared . Poor management and training skills with employees every time.

Bad and Lame service. They Never take my order when I pull up to the drive through (Even yelling hello) or inside they do not make eye contact or ask How may I help you. FAILURE is the word for this Burger king in Collierville!!!

They make good sandwiches, theyre quick and convince with perfect build sandwiche.Never had a "bad" experience here.The best experience Ive received at this location. Usually its just ok, my sandwich was never right.
