They seem to only have 2 or 3 things that are actually good. Everything else seems downright awful. The first time i ordered, i got the french dip sandwish and mozarella sticks. The sandwich was wonderful and came with the best au jus i have had.The mozarella sticks, on the other hand, were lukewarm and the cheese sort of ripped apart instead of the normal soft stretching. I figured i would try again. Next time i ordered, i got mac and cheese bites and boneless wings. The bites were decent, the only thing they needed was a little more cheese or salt. The wings werent bad either, they were just a little too soaked in sauce, making it hard to taste any of the chicken. The worst came when, tonight, i ordered their spaghetti and meatballs with "homemade" sauce. The order came with a whopping one meatball, which i didnt really care about. But the sauce was absolutely awful. It tasted like a mixture of burnt rubber and a ton of basil. I had my husband try a bite and he had the same reaction i did; he made a disgusted sound and had to guzzle his drink to get the taste out of his mouth. Im really not a picky eater, ive eaten fried worms before, and i would rather eat those worms than ever taste that sauce again.

Boy was super rude then called me back on my phone to yell at me while the whole time i was calm and tild him he needed to stop being rude. Then he asked me how he was being rude, so i told him. He kept to argue with me about his actions and then hung up on me. Then while i was about to call another place to take my money to, HE CALLED ME BACK! Even more rude and being a huge male lower body part, then hung up on me again. I called 9 times and each time i asked for either his manager or what time will he be there. Each time he hung up on me and my co worker as well. I told him i will be there everyday just to talk to his manager.his responce was ill call the cops! All i want is for the manager to know what his employees r doing when hes not there. I will be telling every person about what happend today! I use to love this place, but i hope the manager is proud of this lil boy he hired to mess piss his customers away.....cuz now im gonna spread the word how very unprofessional they r.....

Sorry Mr. Sunshine (a post below) it musta been a bad day...I (we) LOVE this place...if you want extra sauce its free and the sauce is all homemade and it is just fantastic! The cheese is always real cheese, unlike some pizza places. The crust is always thin crust, and its the perfect consistency to still keep 5 toppings from crumbling over...it is perfect...and I was born in Manhatten (NYC) and raised in Northern New Jersey, so yes, I had btter pizza...but no pizza to me is better in Minnesota (so far since 1987) then Pizza Man (at least this one on White Bear Ave in St. Paul)...Extra cheese really makes it even waaaay better...great cheese. ***Footnote: Savoys down town is my second choice.

They just arent quite there. I had ordered pizza for a party at my home. The pizza showed up tossed around and a mess. I had called and spoke to a manager who apologized and offered me 2 free pizzas next time I ordered. I decided to order those yesterday and give them another shot. They took over an hour and a half to get it to me on an approx 40 minute delivery. The pizza was cold, there was almost no toppings on them and the delivery driver was rude. The pizza would taste nice if it ever gets to you warm and not in shambles. They only get 1 star for trying to win me back. Not a fan, Ill stick with other places.

Ordered meat eaters supposedly with extra cheese. 1/3 of my pizza is sauce and crust no toppings. Add to that on the menu no where for it state that Canada in bacon and bacon is applewood but combined with a sweet marinara I might as well have eaten pancakes. The cheese they are using has no flavor and is not real cheese. I have been a fan for years but no more for me. Charge 3x more for nonauthentic sweet pizza. I have no problem paying for quality, but this is so far outside. Yuck!!! They so have good burgers but it is not a burger joint, they have let their pizza avalanche

I ordered a pizza for delivery at 8:30 and was told 45 minutes. At 9:45 I left to drive the mile and a half to have them make it there. When I got there at 9:50 (10 minutes before they close) the doors were locked and the lights off. I called my wife to see what we should do instead of pizza, and that was when the driver showed up. Im writing this as we wait for the pizza to reheat in the oven. I might be more inclined to forgive if the driver had at least been stoned, but she says he wasnt. He just had zero effs to give. There needs to be a zero star option...

I would recommend never ordering a pizza from here, the last three times I ordered a pizza it had been horrible. Just thought it was ignorance but spoke to the owner and pretty much told me that I constantly have problems with you! If there was a problem before wouldnt you make sure the pizza is made perfect. NOPE, the pizza fries didnt have cheese on a quarter of it and the pizza had mushrooms in clumps all over. So if you want horrible service go ahead and order from them. They will never receive a penny from me!

Did you know that their delivery driver Brandon Schumann is a drug addict, and a thief? He sold a vehicle to a disabled adult, then stole it, and resold it to someone else. I dont know about you, but I wouldnt want a person like that coming to MY home to deliver my food. In addition, hes currently driving unlicensed vehicles, with no insurance to deliver in. How responsible of Rich Sato of Pizza Man to make sure his drivers are operating safely. Avoid this shady business. They cut corners in EVERY aspect of business.

I ordered a pizza online and waited an hour and fifteen minutes before I called wondering if my order was lost. The useless excuse for an employee informed me that I would have my pizza in 5 minutes. After another half an hour I called back and told them they could keep their Pizza. They had an hour and 40 minutes to call and say they were really busy or that they couldnt make it quickly or that Im sorry it was taking a long, they were lost, anything but.......

Pizza completly dropped or tossed in the car. All the cheese to one side! Editt-- called back and asked to have pizzas re made, the same driver brought the pizzas, so we asked if he dropped them, as he was walking out our door he made a rude comment, and as my husband went out side, he told him "THATS WHY I SPIT IN YOUR FOOD" then called to apologize! And its like pulling teeth to get my $45 back! Still waiting for it as we speak!
