Coffee and pastries are great. Its unfortunate the actions of other locations hail over the whole company. The franchised location in Eagan MN seems to run as if its a training facility. Basically everyone seems lost. For approximately 2 years now Ive continued to visit this location and yet the same lack of service and knoledege appears to hold strong. Im sure people think to go somewhere else so I did and now do. Ive taken my love for coffee and a good pastry to the Applevalley MN location.

Really like the authenticity inside in the decor and organization. Staff are nice and friendly. Coffee is awesome! Food wise, there are numerous options to choose from for breakfast and brunch. Good to go there with friends or to order a take-out. One thing I think the hey need to do better, the lighting inside is a little dim. If they can make it brighter that would really be nice.

Glenn Elliott, the owner, has made this my favorite coffee shop in the entire world, and Ive been to many. The customer service is top notch. The beans are brewed fresh onsite which makes the coffee here the best. The food is also fabulous and baked daily. Comfortable atmosphere, fun employees, good food -- cant beat it.

Great dark roast drip coffee. Weve been here many times with many positive experiences. On one occasion we had two consecutive mistakes with our order but the manager responded promptly and courteously to remedy the issue. Nice that they have a drive through (which includes a complimentary dog treat for canine customers).

Great people great service, girlfriend and i have memories here, we came here on one of our first dates, then years later i sent her on a scavenger hunt and had one of the baristas give her the drink she got when we first came here and a rose. The barista was so excited to do it she stayed after her normal shift.

I just pulled up to the Eagan Dunn brothers and after ordering two lattes, realized I had forgotten my wallet with all payment methods at home!! The baristas were kind enough to give me the lattes for free- couldnt be happier with them! Thanks so much to a great company focused on customer satisfaction!

Convenient drive-up or walk-in, and an overall decent coffee shop. Watch out for busy times, like when games are going on (for kids or adults) at the nearby Lexington-Diffley fields (typically fall or spring Saturday mornings).
