first to those who are questioning using their services or not, they do not make any attempt to make sure your food stays hot and or cold, they can sometimes take over an hour to deliver food, its almost like they lack the drivers, but they also charge quite a bit of a delivery charge, as well as require a $15 minimum order. They do not deliver before 4 pm on weekends. I use to use food dudes quite a bit, not to thrilled with them anymore, their delivery times has always been ridiculous, it use to start at 2 pm every day. So I stopped using them for a while because when I wanted food around noon they didnt deliver, it seems that has since changed, but I have since switched jobs, and really only would like to use their services on Saturdays when I am working by myself, perfect time to need food to be delivered. however, they dont deliver around 2 pm on Saturdays anymore, i could wait until 2 pm, would prefer earlier, but 2 pm would still work. I cant leave work, so its a perfect situation where the services of food dude would be very useful, but they dont deliver until 4 pm, well I am off work at 4 pm on Saturdays, so there is no use to me using their services since by the time they deliver, I am ready to head home and can grab food on my way.

I was glad with Food dudes because in my area, only pizza is deliverable. I was happy because with food Dudes, I am able to eat a variety of foods without going to the restaurant. However, I think the costumer service is not that great. Yesterday I processed an order at around 8:45. Did not know they would not take order close to nine. I called and the guy was kinda rude. $15 is the minimum one can order. But with tax, driver tip and gratuity, the price comes to about $23 so I think it is a bit pricey. In addition, some of the restaurants send their food in take away box and the food gets cold and does not look fresh. I once ordered a sandwich and the bread was kinda was moist.

I would put -5 if I could, we have ordered 12 times and every time it is screwed up. They never put in any special request for you and then blame it on the restaurant. They SUCK!!!!!!!!!! It will save you lots of headache not to mention $$$ to just go get it or order from someone who Delivers. Iam going to do everything I can to get this out there.

The staff were courteous but unacceptable wait time. Please determine a way to tell people what the approx wait time will be up front to decide whether or not to use your service. "ASAP" does not cut it. It was one hour from the time I placed our order to get the order to the restaurant then another 45 minutes waiting,

Ive ordered from Food Dudes several times and have never had an issue. My orders have been accurate, warm (or cold) as they should be, and the drivers have ALWAYS been polite, friendly, and on time. A wonderful and convenient service. Cant wait to see additional restaurants on the menu in the future.
