I love the Pizza Hut chain, but the service at this location is non-existent. My family needed to eat somewhere else. One other family was present and we never got served. Right when we arrived we were told to wait a moment. We waited and waited, and waited and finally we were seated. Despite the empty dining areas, workers walked by us several times, telling us to wait a moment - only to see them go to their cell phone or goof around with each other. 25 minutes later we left.

I went for dinner and was impressed how fast the service was and to see how well the staff got along with each other. They seemed to like their job and treated the customers very well with check ins and smiles. Young staff that still understand what customer service is all about. I will definitely go there again!

My family LOVED it!!! The crust was so soft and fluffy..wow!! GREAT JOB TO EVERYBODY..and to miss amber your AWESOME! LOVE the attitude very calm and respectful. Keep on ROCKIN..!! TO cooks very AWESOME!! Delivery guy wow your attitude ROCKS!! If I could give ya all a 20 for overall I would !!

Great Pizza as long as you order one because the lunch buffet pizzas they put no sauce on. Also order to go pizzas sometimes you get call that they are out of them for the night. Must mean they not make dough from scratch anymore to run out of Pizza dough

I waited for 45 minutes for my food I left hell i should get a free meal waiting that long. Also they dont carry there whites sauce and thats the main reason I go to Detroit lakes Pizza Hut.

We had a large pepperoni pizza tonight Angeles it was somewhat soggy. First time unhappy with pizza fro here...white sauce rocks!!!
