Im less than impressed with this taco bell. Ive got a few different days, at different times, to see if it was just the particular staff at that time, but Ive been disappointed each time. The manager is friendly & has decent customer service, but he appears to be the only one. The cashier refused to acknowledge me for over 2 minutes when I first walked in, & every time weve gotten food there, its gotten worse. My husband gets the Cravings Deal which has a supreme burrito in it. The first time it was clearly missing tomatoes. This last time the only 2 things in the burrito aside from the tortilla were lettuce & tomatoes. That was it. Weve already decided we wont be returning.

My husband and I just left this Taco Bell. There is an employee there who went above and beyond for us, his name is Leon Bryant. They got our order wrong but they were so apologetic and tried really hard to fix it. We werent even mad about it, but Leon asked us if we wanted anything extra we said no thank you. He comes up to our table and gives us a coupon to use for next time insisting we take it. Then as we were leaving, offered us a bag for our leftovers! He was so sincere and polite. Well definitely be coming back to this location!

This odd one of the better taco bells out there. The management and staff are friendly, fast, and typically get the order correct. The restaurant is kept up well. 4 stars may be unfair as compared to other taco bells but, well, its taco bell so it doesnt really compare to other places that i give 5 stars to. The menu has gotten better over the years, the breakfast crunch wraps are awesome and the coffee is decent with some cream and sugar..

I love this Taco Bell! My kids and I often go for lunch and the staff is always very nice and accommodating! Today, the credit card machine wasnt reading my card and I had no other form of payment on me, so the manager gave us our lunch on the house! You cant ask for a better or friendlier staff!

It is taco bell. This Taco Bell has a great drive through. I havent had issues with missing items or the wrong items often enough to remember and it is Taco Bell. If you like Taco Bell, this is one of those. If you have never had Taco Bell, do it.

My late night go to: Cheesy Gordita Crunch....hard shell wrapped in a thick soft shell with melty cheese and a special sour cream sauce. Their hard shell fresco tacos are pretty good too, especially if you are counting calories.

Morning shift is stellar... evening crew mixed up my order and then didnt correctly fix my order - they just looked in the bag and gave me a taco. What happened to my chalupa? Hit up the 494 Taco Bell in the evening instead.
