This location is usually decent, although the last time I was there they had run out of ground beef. So for a value menu item that included a taco, they said they could substitute chicken or steak. I opted for steak, and was I shocked when they rang it up and charged me for the substitution. It just seems like over 75% of their sales probably involves ground beef, and if you run out of that then you should either substitute at your own cost or close outright. Most restaurants feel bad when they run out of something popular and are willing to make it up to the customer. Not this Taco Bell - they were determined to get their minimal upcharge off their own mistake. I drove away out of principle.

They always put the newest, slowest cashiers out front. Its seriously painful sometimes... and then you never see that cashier again anyways so they just get replaced with another new person before they learn how to do their job decent. They struggle with an order for several minutes and none of the other employees ever come to help them out... they just pretend they dont see. Take the drive thru because they clearly dont care about the service foot traffic is getting. On top of that I see employees give food away to friends and family CONSTANTLY. They dont even try to be sneaky about it.

I like Taco Bell because they have good food though and its cheaper than instead of McDonalds and other things McDonalds bad for you and if you eat Toma cerveza gets big and all that and sick so dont go to McDonalds barking collars for the dog lovers Soul ripping you off real money Taco Bell is better than what you think it is go there and try one of those dollar menu ones you would love it I mean it dont go the McDonalds

Dont normally go inside so cant speak on that but drive thru is pretty solid. Have been going here since it opened after burger king was taken down. Dont think Ive ever had them forget anything which is rare in drive thrus. Pretty quick too. Could use some waiting spots in drive thru for big orders or long wait items though.

The customer service and staff itself are always very friendly, and the orders have always been accurate, however there are always very long lines and the drive-thru, and I almost never have gotten out of the drive-thru and Under 12 minutes. The food is always fresh, but it is taking a very long time to receive it

it is a taco bell! what i am rating here is "service quality"; the one differentiator amongst various fast food joints in general; and amongst taco bell fast food chains in particular. i have eaten at this joint several times and the service i have received at this joint each time i frequented has been superb!!

Friendly staff, fresh food. Was built after the burger king was taken down. So I feel like its one of the more modern themes. So far I have not had any complaints about anything other than the fact that I have had to move further away. Now a days its hard to find a Good fast food

I just went through the drive thru when the server passed me my drink the top was not fitted to the cup and spilled on me, she gave me a few napkins said sorry and closed the window I needed more napkins I waited a few moments but she didnt look at me. Horrible experience!

The staff here is exceptional, but the dining area here has been an absolute mess the last 3 times Ive been here. Would give 5 stars for some clean tables. As Im writing this staff is walking with 1 rag and no spray. Just wiping. CMON.

It had been a while since I last visited a Taco Bell. Their XXL Grilled burritos are really good. They have those cream filled donut holes that are good when warm. On top of that, service was a pleasant surprise.

My wife and I had a meal from this franchise and after eating there food I got a rash. She and I ate the same food but she minused the tomatoes and she is perfectly fine. Would not recommend eating here
