Ordered lunch for the office from this location--couldnt have had a more pleasant experience. They were very courteous when taking my order over the phone and helped make sure everyone got exactly what they wanted. When I got there to pick up the food, they went over the whole order with me to make sure nothing had been forgotten (it hadnt, which doesnt happen often when weve ordered from other restaurants). The food was great, everyones order was correct, and they really went out of their way to show that they appreciated our business. We will definitely be ordering from them again.

Incredibly disappointed today. We came in as a party of 5. Ordered wings. Got sogy and chewy wings instead of crispy and fresh wings. We told the server who had immediately relayed it to the manager. The manager came over and assured us that their wings werent held under a heat lamp and they that would replace our wings. We got a new order of wings. My first wing or two were definitely new wings, THE REST OF THE WINGS WERE JUST AS NASTY. Did they give us the same wings back with a few new wings?? Who knows, but thats definitely what it seems like.

The parking stalls are too small unless you drive a golf cart. I also prefer ordering and paying at he counter. It was much faster and your credit card never left your sight. Every time I have been here since the remodel, there has been an error with the checks and it has taken fifteen minutes minutes longer than it should have. I dont recommend this place if you only have an hour for lunch.

I use to go to this location all the time. But a few times recently, i noticed that the wings seemed really dry. Maybe they were reheated. They also didnt contain much sauce. I would rate lower for this, however, the food is good most of the time. Its kind of a gamble, but I might start going to a different location. Oh, also i should mention that the staff is friendly and helpful

I have always loved Buffalo Wild Wings until tonight. It took us 40 minutes to get 18 boneless wings. Once the wings came out they were all bread, hardly any chicken and barely warm. I kindly asked for new wings. The new wings were better, but had hardly any seasoning on them. At the end of our meal I wasnt even comped for my wings. So disappointing.

Super slow service. We have 15 people with 4 tables most young girls and a single waiter. He told over an hour before he had very ones order. I talk with the wait staff and they were pretty dismissive. So 1 hour later still no food. This is my second bad experience with Buffalo Wild Wings but they dont have to improve because it is my last....

Meghan was serving us today and she was 3 weeks into her position at BW. We came and it was my daughters birthday. The policies had changed in regards to free sauce but she made it happen and made this a memorable experience as well. Will definitely come back to the Plymouth store again as the atmosphere and the people were great.

We went to first time for my birthday the service was awesome.We love to go back this location. The food was so great. The spicy level was wonderful.my wife said she was so happy and how come we missed this location for better service with great food. Minor issues the drink I ordered margaritas is not that great.

Normally pretty good....but the last couple times we have gotten Nicole as a waitress....she never gets ur order right and ur drink will be watered down because it sits at the bar for a long time before She brings it to the table.....if go to tis one sit at the bar or request. Someone else then Nicole!

Have been there several times. Always had great service even when busy. Wings do vary, first couple of tmes were average but the last time they were huge and fresh. Tried the ultimate nachos and it was great and huge, two people could not finish. Beers can get spendy, but they have specials.

Standard BWW fare - Id say if youve been to one BWW youve been to most of them. Usually crowded, good beer, greasy burgers and fried food. Always good for a night out but I find that service is generally slower with BWWs in general. Not a big deal. I say go for it!

Poor service. We have been there many times and the daytime staff is not up to par. One girl is incredibly loud/obnoxious and skips around the place when shes not hanging out at the bar. Youre better off going in the evening when their better staff in on.

My BWW of choice. Best service, but like all the other locations food quality is hit and miss. Sometimes the wings come out top notch, other times barely any sauce on them. Regardless, the staff is friendly and always make it right if you speak up.

Great place to eat if you eat there. Loud location but friendly staff. Sauces for their food are good but their quality of food has definitely declined by a large amount. Prices are high for the quality of food. Other than that the restaurant is ok.

Go here every year for my brothers birthday. Wings are delicious and so are fries. A little on the pricier side. Hope they bring back the soda machine as it was a nice addition. Good place to watch sports and very family friendly.

Ordered online. Pick up time was 530pm. However the order was not ready until almost 550pm. When I got home the boneless nuggets were small and less than indicated on line. On the bright side they tast good.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings and eat at many locations all over the Midwest. This one is typically great, but make sure and double check your take out orders to ensure you have everything that youve ordered.

I love the food, but this location is really loud and distracting. Not a good place to meet or talk, but probably a great place to catch a game with friends. Staff is attentive and the food is great!

1st time back since moving out of Plymouth to Maple Grove. Lots of good times here with the kids growing up. Food is not flashy but good, and I really believe they excel with great service.

Its a great place to hang out with great food. The potato wedges are amazing and we had the traditional hot buffalo chicken wings which are great too. Must visit.
