This place is horrible!!!!! We ate there for lunch on Saturday March 10th. It was my little bros 16th birthday so we let him choose where to go. We thought a place as popular as BWW would be a solid choice but we were terribly mistaken and it ruined our entire day. We waited forever to get a table. It took forever to get a waitress to get our drink order. Her attitude was horrendous. It really set the tone for the entire experience. My dad ordered sliders, my brother ordered wings. They brought all the food out except for my dads. They said that they dropped his food on the floor and that it would be a few more minutes. This is understandable. Accidents happen. My dad and I both tasted his sliders and they tasted gritty. We are almost certain they picked them up off the floor and recooked them and served them. Dad had absolutely had it at this point and confronted the manager. He gave my dad his meal for free. Awesome. Sweet. Nothing like free sliders that have been on the floor of a nasty kitchen. To top it all off it was my little brothers 16th birthday. My step mother overheard the waitresses talking to each other "what if we just walk out and leave". We debated on getting up and leaving at this point and in hindsight wished we would have. I cannot warn people enough to avoid this restaurant at all costs. I personally like Legends near Welch avenue. They seem to have good service and the view of campus town is awesome. Food is very similar to BWW. Obviously there are major management issues at this place. Until they are corrected, I would avoid BWW at all costs.

This place sucks!! We were at our table for 2 and half hours from ordering to getting our ticket. The waitress was rude. I had to go find menus for our table. The food took a very very long time to come to us and she never once checked on us while waiting for our food or told us that our food would be out soon. After we got our food we had to ask for silverware and napkins. Our waitress acted like she couldnt believe we needed napkins. Then she never checked back or refilled drinks. We sat there 30 minutes after we were done eating waiting for our bill. When she did bring the bill she had charged us for a drink we didnt order. When I gave her the credit to pay I informed her of the error thinking she would fix it. When she brought back our credit receipt she put it on table and left she had not taken the drink off and ran the credit card anyway. She sucked and BWW sucked. We just left because we couldnt bear being there another minute. NEVER GO THERE!! It will leave a bad taste in your mouth.

The wait staff in this establishment is about 25/75. If you get a waiter from the 25% then you are going to have an enjoyable meal. The other 75% and you are going to feel like you deserve a paycheck from bww after the meal. The food I generally good upon each visit with only a few nonconformance to expectations. The building itself is pretty well maintained with only a few questionable areas, like the pop puddle on the floor next to the west fountain/terminal location. Overall I would give this establishment a six out of ten for combined trips but this visit was an eight out of ten.

This particular Buffalo Wild Wings is pretty lacking. This is regarding ONLY the Wings. I come for the wings and from this particular Buffalo Wild Wings, they always give dry and overcooked chicken. There is never enough sauce for the price we pay and the overall taste is bland. The staff is OK, but they dont check up on tables for a while. They can take VERY long to give you your check or even napkins. Its annoying. Id avoid this place if youre used to the goodness from the saucy wings.

Just came from wings. Did not have the Oklahoma game on the screens, asked for them to put on the screens. The managers said that the pre game met nothing. They escorted me and my daughters out saying that I was disruptive. By the way I paid for a drink I did not get to finish. The manger then followed me to the parking lot and was very combative. This will be the last time that I go BWW and will never order for my companies lunches again!!! :::

Thought it would be a good idea to go to BWW for dinner on Monday. Got seated right away but my boyfriend and I waited 10 minutes just to get told we had to wait another "few" minutes for our drinks. The waiter was helping the family right next to us and they were waiting for the rest of their party. We made eye contact multiple times and he did not acknowledge us at all. I will not be back.

waiter seemed too interested in going outside, not sure if he was smoking or just that uninterested in life, half the food seemed like it sat in the window waiting for the other half because it was ice cold, waiter brought new ones and clearly someone was having a bad day because you could have scooped the sauce up there was so much of it... wont be returning to this location for a while

A BWW just like the rest of them. Good atmosphere, almost every type of game playing on one of their 40+ TVs. Good wait staff, though if you work evenings, its not a good place to go for your meal break. Even if you make it known that you have limited time, youll most likely end up late getting back. Wait for food is sometimes long, even if the place isnt packed.

Buffalo Wildwings is so good. But honestly the experience of getting in and out is a bit fickle. Go on game night, good luck getting a spot, people stay at their table for 3 hours wait for a game to finish. But its a sports bar, so I guess thats to be expected. I usually do take out now, and have never had an issue with that.

Called in for take out and the girl on the phone got 3 things on my order wrong. This includes the sauce types and quantities. When I arrived to BWW, I wasnt read the order by the girl on the phone because she realized it was wrong. I did call them back though and they re did my whole order for me. I really appreciate it.
