Been here 4 times already somehow. Probably because I live a block away. All 4 experiences were 5 out of 5. The service has been over the top great every time. One visit around 3 in the afternoon when it was slower I had 4 different waiters/managers stop by and make sure everything was OK. If that s not over the top service I dont know what is. Each visit I tried something different including the reuben sandwich, short ribs, prime rib grilled cheese, grilled wings, and smoked ribs. Writing this I realize I must have a thing for food with the word "rib" in it. I dont know anyone that works here so please dont get the impression that this is a fake review. I dont really like reviewing places, but since its right down the street I felt compelled to make sure everyone knows how great it is. I want this place to succeed so it sticks around for years to come.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. The restaurant is severely understaffed, we went at lunch and it seemed they had only one server for the entire restaurant. We were seated promptly but things went south quickly. Our server brought our drinks and then did not return for 10 minutes. We specifically asked for our salads to be brought out before the entree, well the salads were brought out AFTER the entree and had tomatoes in it which we requested to be excluded. Our server never returned to our table after our order was taken, never checked on us once. I had to get up and walk over to the bar to have my water refilled. I also ordered fries with my sandwich, the fries just never showed. The manager took one of our meals off the check, but still not enough to make up for the horrible service, we will never return.

Waited 50 minutes on food. Appetizer never came. Food (mine was a $23 thick cut iowa chop, I do not recommend that) was very small portions (except our sons burger), meat chewy & tasted left over. Food was cold. Head manager came over with the chef and made things right and apologized. He took care of our check and gave us a gift card to come back for another try. Had they not done that we would not recommend. We left hungry & disappointed which ruined our evening plans. We were very impressed with how it was handled by management & the head chef. They were genuine & polite. The atmosphere was good. Waitress & hostess were great.

Good food, reasonable prices, great service. My wife and I shared the patty melt and shrimp tacos with onion rings as an app. Our entrees were very good. The shrimp tacos had an Asian glaze on the shrimp which was interesting and delicious. The onion rings were very good one we added some salt. The atmosphere was a little noisy, but we were in a booth in the bar area. Looking forward to checking out the dining room and bakery. Service was friendly and fast. Everything showed up on time and correct. Glad to have this in our area.

A new but good restaurant. They had a couple obvious misses with new staff, including an appetizer brought that wasnt ours (figured out before it hit the table though) and no appetizer plates. However, the food was pretty good - the cheese curds appeared hand-battered and were fantastic with the honey mustard, and the BBQ Bacon burger I had was also great. My mother did however complain about the shrimp tacos being too sweet, but I think that may be her personal preference. I wager we will be back again when we are in the area.

Cool restaurant. Great atmosphere. Great waitstaff. Ordered wings well done and I wasnt completely happy with how crispy they were, they immediately brought me new ones and were very eager to ensure I enjoyed my visit. Although some may see getting their order wrong as a negative, I was really impressed by the commitment to making my visit a good one. Food was pretty good, all the people in my party loved their food. You must check out the private party room, full of really interesting pieces. Loved the bikes.

Never really got the full experience. We thought their full menu was until 11, but it was only until 10. So we had some drinks and left. (They really need to update their website). We werent really looking for a sports bar, and thats the only vibe we got. I cant say whether it was good or not, but I think their drinks are over priced for the quality. Im still interested in checking it out later, but next time I will not look at their website, I will call.

We had a large party (23 people) and although I was told by the hostess earlier in the week that I didnt need to make reservations, when we arrived the manager was a bit taken aback BUT he was so accommodating and flexible. Such great service, the head chef came out to talk to us and ended up making a small buffet of the pizzas and salads that we ordered next to our large table. It was so nice of them! The pizza and salads we amazing as well!

Love the decor here! That being said, we waited almost 20 minutes to be waited on. The food was good. Not really worth the price they charge, honestly. My apple cider mule was good. The chocolate cake they served was not very good. They say they bake them fresh daily and the cake was almost frozen and dry. The frosting like it was from a old can of frosting. Probably wouldnt come back on our own unless invited by someone else maybe.

On holiday from the UK Nice big bar to wait for your table to be called. Very friendly staff. Didnt like the table next to the kitchen to much shouting. 3 of us wanted pizza but not on the menu I think people should be told when handed the menu whats not on. The nachos for starter very good my sweet pepper pasta was a bit spicy but was given a free starter next time we go all other meals very good. Ana very good and helpful

Most everything is good here. Love the prime rib grilled cheese and steak salad. Sweet potato fries are good. We come here quite frequently and my only complaint is that service is great one time, terrible the next. Portions are different with every visit...one time 2 of us ordered the exact same thing but one of us had double the portion of the other. This is a consistent occurrence, so for that reason i give them a 3.

Ravioli didnt have ravioli; just sauce, meat and cheese. I came home and double checked the menu to make sure it wasnt deconstructed ravioli. Hand-cut fries were soft and mushy. The childrens mac and cheese, I believe, had cumin in it...This was a Sunday afternoon so maybe not their best. One should expect much better food for some of the prices. Would not recommend.

The lemonade was plain, the fries were almost tasteless, the food was bad except for the pulled pork. Our waiter was running from one side of the restaurant to other, meaning there were hardly any waiters or waitresses. I do not recommend this place at all. To top it all off, the bad food was so expensive. I want my money back right now. ☹☹☹☹☹☹

I have had people tell me that this place has great drinks but not that good of food. Not sure why they said that. We had a great chicken avacado sandwich and a great 1/2 lb burger. And it came out really fast. The staff seems really busy tho, might have been a night that they were just understaffed but still did a decent job.
