this place should have closed and the stcloud location should have stayed open the food was less than OK seriously we came to this location because the stcloud location closed and I had the same steak and veggies here that I ordered in stcloud got veggies from a bag and steak that wasnt even prepared properly when your menu states smothered in garlic butter it shouldnt be o the side in a plastic tub thats not even enough to smoother a thin flat peace of meat they called think and juice steak ha pretty sad If it wasnt for my kids i would have left after my meal maybe its because they have kids running the place that are to busy goofing off instead of working and kids that cant cook if you want to portray a bar and grill get a real cook in there and use real fresh veggies they said garlic and cheese veggies I got frozen veggies with cheese on them nothing like stcloud was I had garden fresh veggies smothered in garlic butter sauce and sprinkled cheese on top thus is nothing like what I expected

The Gaming Set
I remember a few years ago I went to the space aliens in st.cloud for the last time. A well priced arcade. Good food... well this space alien has none of that. the arcade has forgot what a arcade is, as it uses cards to swipe instead of putting coins into a slot. I dont mind this but the games are super overpriced. For example... a game that you make a ball fall down a plachinco like board and you win tickets costs $1.00! You will blow through $5.00 in minutes. The food if you can even call it that tastes bland at that. I had the alien burger and burger tasted bland. Dont go to this space aliens. If you want to go to a arcade like restaurant go to the chuck-e-cheese in the twin cities or the one in st.cloud.

This is a fun place to take kids. They have a large alien that walks around [kind of creepy but still fun] and the decor matches perfectly. There are games and tickets for little kids and plenty of room for seating. We like to bring our little boy here because its loud enough and plenty of kids around and distractions for him that his vocalness doesnt stand out too much. We also like to hit up the bar area as they give free popcorn and have great drink and wing specials throughout the night. Check it out! The food is pretty good too! Its nice because they give you a choice of 2 dipping sauces with the yummy fries.

I have been going to this restaurant for years, we have always enjoyed it and would have given it 5 stars. But something has changed, I dont know if its new management or what but the service isnt quite as good, the food doesnt seem quite as good, and the game room is a joke now. The games are all updated, but in doing so, they are Insanely more expensive. The same exact games are a lot cheaper at other similar eat and play places. They used to have a deal where they gave you tokens for buying a dessert. They even stopped that. Sad decline of what used to be a cool place, we wont be going back.

I absolutely love space aliens "martian munchies". We had a kiddo from out of town with us and decided to make the hour drive to introduce her to this restaurant. We watched our food sit under the warmers for 10-15 minutes before it was brought out. Because of this, the fries were cold. For the life of us, it took us 10 minutes to get our waitresses attention to let her know about the fries. We are one of THREE tables in the restaurant right now and each table has their own wait staff. There is no excuse for this kind of service when you have one table to wait on.

I used to go here all of the time, as the staff seemed pretty decent and the drinks were good. However when I got overcharged for drinks and the bartender used the excuse that their clocks were 15 mins fast and called it "bar time", it made me pretty upset. I have never, ever in my entire life heard of "bar time." So watch your tab... Also people will sit in the bar with their kids, right at the bar/counter (which is illegal and just plain rude.) They do have decent specials, but dont expect anything too spectacular in the way of quality for the food.

I had the lowest expectations for this place. I have driven past this place for YEARS and laughed at how obsurd it would be inside. My husband and I brought our two kids and we are blown away. What a fabulous place to bring kids! The service was fabulous (also surprising)!! And the food was great too!!! By no means is it a 5 star restaurant, but it earned 5 starts for fun atmosphere, fabulous service, and delicious food. We will be returning!

The food we had was terrible! We had their "famous" bbq- which tasted like it had sitting under a heat-lamp for 4 weeks. The veggies on the side were clearly frozen & cold-partially frozen. The onion petal type app had no flavor. The only positive was our server- she was friendly & quick. other than that- never going back. also it was very dirty inside, felt like it needed a good scrubbing.

Super over priced food. Arcade is overly expensive and a lot of it was nonfunctional. Daughter ordered kids rib basket, it came with two ribs and 3 pieces of broccoli. McDonalds has a higher quality of food. Best entertainment for the night was watching the manager run around and yell at all the employees. If youre looking for decent food dont go here.

Ordered a gluten free pizza, server brought a regular one. Server apologized but took more than 20 minutes to bring a replacent. Manager compd meal but shrugged off the whole thing. Had issues working out the bill, needed our instruction to do so. Night mgr admitted that this was his "other job". Not likely to return, which is too bad.

The food was okay, definitely not the best Ive had, and being one of the only couples in the facility, it took forever to get waited on and get our food. However, it was worth going just because of the cooky alien atmosphere. It made you feel like you were at a restaraunt in the MIB.

Food was ok. Our server was great but service in general was awful. Seemed to be understaffed. There were 3 tables next to us that had dirty dishes and food on them for 45 mins while we were there. Bathrooms were filthy. I would not makes plans to return to this establishment.

Great place for kids and adults. As an adult we enjoy coming here with friends for happy hour. $3.29 you call it on ANY drinks.. even top shelf long islands. 1/2 off apps and cheap wings! We get a meal and drinks for under $20. Lots of TVs and sports on in the bar area.

SPACE ALIENS is nice as a once in a while outing. It is to expensive for a family to eat at regularly. This location has friendly staff, good flavor to the food and nice atmosphere. I appreciated the fact that it was not to loud to detract from an enjoyable experience.

Space Aliens is super fun. It doesnt have the best food (though its not bad by any means), and the atmosphere is ridiculous and overwhelming. But take a child here and watch them light up—itll be worth the $20 you end up spending on the arcades.
