First off if I did not just happen to be walking the Main street of Perham MN a wonderful little lake town that has embraced being just that with wonderful shops up and down the main Streets of this late 1860s established town, I would have missed one of the best sandwiches and deserts during my families July Lake vacation. Relaxing environment with cooling bright colors and seating for all. Do sit and have a cup of coffee if your not totally hungry but do not leave without a WHISK from scratch designed pastry. I marked down from a Five Star only because I am looking for that perfect Italian espresso, they are not there yet but it takes a Italian Barista three years to master the art. Please do make this a stop!

I was in Perham visiting Disgruntled and was hungry for lunch and I came upon this quaint restaurant as I passed through! Dont regret it one bit! The sweet hog sandwich was filling and light and fairly healthy. I subbed fruit for chips and also got a dessert that was made from scratch! So glad I stumbled upon this place because it was a great stop with great food and great service!

The hometown bakery is almost a thing of the past. Thank God for the Whisk! One hard to find gem across the state is a good brand muffin. The raisin bran muffins at the Whisk are not just good, they are amazing! Using an old family recipe, they are the best in the country!

Was not worth the money for what I got and was not very good. My niece ordered a half a sandwich and soup. Ordered the sandwich with no tomatoms and guess what there was a tomato on there. Simple order and they couldnt even get it right and we were the only ones in there.

I absolutely love Whisk From Scratch! Everything from the décor to the baked goods makes it a perfect addition for the lakes-area town. The macarons are amazing, and the sandwiches are equally satisfying.

The cuban was probably the best Ive ever had. And the strawberry smoothie was awesome. Nice place. Clean and quiet. Im coming here every time Im in town.
