Great spot, prices a little high for what you get. Potato salad was great. The Fatwitch was essentially a brisket sandwich with cheese and Texas toast, couldnt have done too much better. BBQ sauce would have been a welcome addition. Sauces in general should be more available to dip the sandwich in. The staff was inviting, friendly and were able to accurately answer any questions I had. Bathroom was clean but boring as far as decorations. Excellent and unique drink selection was available. Taste and freshness of food was on point. Shaved ice dessert shop next door. No in-house desserts here. Overall 4/5 stars mainly cause price seemed about 25% higher than seemed realistic.

Yummy made to order grilled cheese sandwiches. I would give it five stars if they had better offerings for sides: the cole slaw and potato salad seem to be premade. I love that they have Zapps potato chips as a side option, my favorite brand. Their tomato soup has too much going on for my taste; I would prefer a plain old cream of tomato soup without chunks in it to dip my sandwich in. Ive been a few times and will continue to go when I need a grilled cheese fix! My favorites are the Earth, Texas (four cheeses of gooey-ness) and the one with brie, bacon and chutney.

Excellent sandwiches, off to a good start. The inside vibe was cozy, small and rustic. An enjoyable Place grab lunch. The only disappointing part was for the price the sandwich had a few slices of meet and a very little bit of cheese. Left extremely hungry and wanting more. The coleslaw was small but good, not made in house. However the quality of what was served was nice. Unfortunately with all this said, the value is not there, I doubt Ill go back.

I dont remember the name, but I ordered the grilled cheese with brisket on it. The grilled cheese was ok. To me it was missing a something, a layer of favor. Overall, I rate the food 4 stars, but I deducted one star because I dont see the justifying the price. I rarely deduct a star because of the price of the food, but this place just seemed 30% high for the flavor and quality delivered.

This place just happened to catch my eye on the way home. Who can resist grilled cheese?..AND a locally ran business. Very tasty and filling. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is due to the drink choice. Need to serve real tea..we are in TX and love our iced tea...not from a soda machine. Also some may consider it pricey...but I believe it was worth it. Will be back with the kiddos.

I went here when they first opened and felt that the sandwiches were over buttered. It took me a while to return but I was pleased that I did. Plenty of parking here, the lines typically move along. If you go at peak times scathing can be an issue. If youre in the mood for some grilled cheese, Id recommend you try it. Not for the heath food crowd obviously.

The people who work there are great... it is very obvious the guy who creates the amazing gourmet grilled cheese loves what he does... he brought us samples of two new things he wanted to try out before adding them to the menu all I can say is YUM!!! We will definitely be back.

Amazing selection of grilled cheese sandwiches! Our first visit had me torn between 3 different sandwiches and so now i cant wait to go back to try the other two and the Maine Root Sodas were another plus. Great food and great service! An all around terrific experience.

This place is kinda cool. "Funk" of it is a little manufactured and not organic to the staff. The sandwiches are okay. I did expect a little more boldness of flavor with the variety of cheeses on the menu. Id go back and try it again, if I was already in the area.

Great food, try the Rowdy Cowboy brisket and Cheetos.. Organic fountain drinks, great ticket system with celebrity names as numbers, brings a smile when you hear "Homer simpson" yelled out loud. Little gem tucked in a plaza!

From the people who brought you The Shack comes this great restaurant! Love the choice of grilled cheese sandwiches. The side dishes are excellent as well. The location is limited on sitting spaces but the food is worth it.

Small sandwich place. Lots of good sandwich options. A nice treat from the usual. Potato salad was very good. Coleslaw was a bit vinegary. Samdwiches are VERY MESSY but yummy.

I had the Kentucky Hot Brown, would be great served with a cup of dipping gravy. My husband had the Pastrami grilled cheese and it had barely any meat on it.
