This is the best Vietnamese-Chinese restaurant in Houston. Everything that Ive tried here is excellent. My family and I have been going here for five years and there is no other place in town w/more excellent food. The service is alright; I think the Asian culture focuses more on the quality of food vs service. The place is clean and the atmosphere nice. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes excellent Asian food!

I ate lunch on Saturday. Bun Nem Nuong. Good flavor. Good Nouc Maam. This restaurant offers more choices then the traditional Pho house and your neighborhood Chinese takeout. Even though those choices are there. Prices are reasonable to expensive depending on where you are used to getting Chinese and Vietnamese food. I recommend this place and will be eating here again.

Been going here well over 5 years. Cannot STAND the service, but they have good food. Wonton soup is great. I think they could be doing so much better if they improved their service skills, and not just to other Asian people, but to ALL customers. I feel terrible when I bring friends here and every one of them tells me they wouldnt go back because of the terrible service.

I cant say we had service. We were there almost 45 min. And never offered a refill. Never came to our table. Just dropped off the food and thats it. Our pho had no flavor. Which I was disappointed because my husband and I really enjoy pho and this was bland. But my niece did like the sweet and sour chicken. Not a place I will come to again.

Food was ok. Edible. Service was HORRIBLE. We had to get our own menus. We had to repeatedly ask for drink refills. We had to get our own condiments from the empty table next to us. They were Not busy, so plenty of wait staff. Do not go if you are wanting to sit and relax and enjoy your meal.

Ive been twice, this last time I took my younger sister (who is VERY picky) and glad to say she enioyed it, and told the family to do some pick up orders. She and I will be going back, the food is great, and so is the staff. I will continue to eat there. I would recommend anyone to there.

Ive been searching for an Asian restaurant that is close to home and I think Ive settled on a favorite. Tay DO has a hybrid Chinese/Vietnamese menu that does not disappoint. When I was enjoying my shrimp pho I noticed that the entire dinner crowd was Asian. I knew I was in the right place.

There are many Vietnamese restaurants in the Southwest area, but there are very few worth mentioning. This is the first time Ive ever rated a restaurant so Ill give credit where credit is due. They serve great food, especially anything that is grilled. Highly recommended.

(---Do not do not eat here do not do not eat here)-- i ordered chicken fried rice and the meat was under cooked the fat was untrimmed ..the rice was not mix correctly very greasy and underseasoned . The food was rushed and not all ingredients meet cook book guidelines!

Im 26 and have been going here since I was a kid. I still cant find a chinese restaurant that satisfies me like they do. I live in Spring and if Im by Alief, you better believe I go get some Taydo. Im sad their location in Katy was so short lived.

Been going here since the original location inside Dynasty Mall in the 90s. Our go to dishes are the fried squid (mực rang muối), filet mignon rock and roll beef (nó lúc lác), sweet and sour soup with catfish (canh chua cá bong lâu).

Dont ever order the Lemon Grass Chicken. My husband thought it smelled like foot odor with a little vomit mixed in. I thought it smelled like vomit with a little foot odor mixed. Needless to say we left without eating.

The food here is really good! I love the fried squid and the snowpea leaves. The squid is well seasoned and crispy. This is a very pricey place, however.

This is not at all a fancy place, but the food is amazing! No need to drive all the way to China town if you live near this side of Houston.
