If you get a deep dish you are going to be waiting for about 10-15 minutes so the whole hot and ready aspect does not apply in that situation but they usually have pepperoni and cheese pizzas ready to go. Staff is nice enough and it is a very clean looking kitchen.

Hot and ready at 6:30pm prime time dinner time and you have to wait 8 min : ( it was hot but not ready, pretty lame. get rid of that slogan or have a pizza READY! Both easy solutions.

Food is fine, just like any other little caesars. Customer service is lacking though, and dont expect a hot and "ready" pizza to be ready. Plan on a 10-15 minute wait.
