Im assuming everyone who has a TV has seen the BWW commercials. The premise is..."Wings, Beer, Sports." If that is indeed the case, then why is it that during the NCAA Basketball Tournament, known as March Madness, that NFL network, hockey, and 4 TVs in the same area are on one game? There are 4 tournament games on at the same time, and only 2 of them are viewable. We bring in a group of 10 guys to eat, drink, and watch basketball, and got nothing but frustrated...and it happens every time! BWWs business model is predicated on catering to customers of a certain demographic...THEN EXECUTE THE BUSINESS MODEL! If the servers and bartenders are busy tending to the customers, then it is up to the managers to make sure things are up to speed. My friends and I have been disappointed so many times at the Monticello location we will no longer waste our precious free time and cash there. Food is hit or miss on quality and freshness. They better be "hit" for the premium prices they charge for the simple menu they offer.

The service here is at a level I have rarely experienced. Oh they are nice and all, but completely inept at serving more than 2 tables at a time. A VERY long story (1 1/2 hours long) short, we had to ask 3 times for our food, each time literally chasing down our server because she intentionally ignored us. Each time we were assured, "yep, coming right now". We finally chased down the manager, who took 20 minutes to finally tell us all along what we already knew - she forgot to put in the order and they are "expediting" the food. When it finally came, the food was good - BEST WINGS AROUND - but to get them, and then to even get the bill was pulling teeth. And a side note - no discount was offered, not even a free dessert (that we would not have taken since we did not have another 45 minutes...) But to not even acknowledge incompetent service is just inexcusable in this day and age.

Service was absolutely TERRIBLE. Sat for 20 minutes for someone to take our drink order, and even then we had to go up and ask for someone to help us out. Food was good, but we were waiting for about an hour before it finally came out. Servers were very in attentive. We asked for crayons for our daughter twice, and they didnt even bring her anything to write on, just brought her crayons. When they brought us the receipt for us to sign they didnt even bring us a pen to write with. It was a pretty dead night, maybe 4 other tables had people and there were about 8 servers just standing around so there was no reason we shouldnt have been taken care of properly. Weve been there a handful of times and weve never once had bad service like this, definitely one for the books...

At this specific Wild Wings I did not have a pleasant experience, I went with my best friend and her mom, they put the wrong sauce on her mom entree and they over fried my best friends chicken and they didnt have the creamy white garlic sauce on my chicken that I like, which I know might be out of their control, but I still would like to point it out to those who are going to Buffalo Wild Wings specifically for that. The waitress was very busy that day and that I can understand. .. but she was still quite a bit frazzled and didnt seem like she really knew what she was doing however she did look quite young so it might have been her first job. But unless youre willing to take a chance I would not go to this Buffalo Wild Wings

I was in there sat late afternoon... so was a female passed out intermittently on a table. total hot mess. everybody was noticing and yet that table still kept getting served. numerous tables immediately adjacent left sooner than most others. in all fairness she came in that way with two guys that looked super sketch. she could hardly walk and her eyes were shut on the way to there table. they sat in the bar, so it was seat yourself. total breakdown of social/society order. that manager was trying to act like there wasnt an issue. I know . he told me "we didnt contribute to her condition". so I guess anything gos as long as buffalo wild wings didnt directly do it.

Overpriced chicken nuggets with more sauce choices than McDonalds. On the bright side they serve BEER. Seriously, i cant believe what they charge for chicken nuggets and why anyone would go back. On the bright side they serve BEER. The only time I ever go here is for a someones birthday party and I end up paying for overpriced chicken nuggets. On the bright side they serve BEER. Oh and dont ever ever try a burger here. Usually a burger is a safe bet, how can you screw up a Burger so bad BDUBS? On the bright side they serve BEER.

I order in for pick up. I knew it was a busy time but they said about 20 minutes. I got there and paid for my meal. 35 minutes later they brought it. I asked 2 times about it and when I got home everything was cold. Clearly it was left on the counter for 15-20 minutes. Poor service wont be back anytime soon!

I come here all the time for my favorite, the chips and queso! We usually prefer to get waited on by either Matt or Leah (Ling). They are both wonderful and quite possibly provide the best service I have experienced anywhere. Huge high five to those two, they always make sure I have an enjoyable time!

It was busy around the time we got there but the staff got us in and seated at a table as quickly as possible. The server was incredibly sweet and the food was tasty enough to satisfy my cravings. Its definitely worth it to try the Pepper Jack Steak Wraps.

Ive been too many Buffalo wild wings, and this location didnt impress. Service was poor, food was slow, and cold once delivered, and our server was basically nonexistent after taking our order. I wont be back to this location.

Drinks have too much mixer added and or to much ice. And made my same drink in 2 dif glasses and loaded it with ice the first time when I ask right out in the beginning crown and coke short glass and 2 cubes of ice please.

Unpleasant experience. It wasnt busy waited 10 min at the door, 15 min for service at table, ordered Pepsi I got diet instead. Im sure it was just me and my black cloud that follows.

Its just another BWW, but seems to have better seating than other locations. I havent ever had a long wait here and large groups work well. Boneless wing Thursdays are the best!

Service has improved drastically. Reliably pretty good wings - great on tap beer selection. If youre in the area and jonesing for wings and cold beer, this is your best choice.

Food service is ridiculous. Very slow and cold wings, soggy fries. I love b dubs but I was very disappointed with the service. I will not be coming back to this location. EVER.

Weve been to a lot of the BWWs. Weve always been well taken care of, but the Monticello BWWs is by far the best. Sit in the bar area and chat with Dom for the best time.
