Been here several times and its always the same story! Terrible service, from walking in to leaving. Just walked in and asked for a table for four. The hostesses looked at us and said rudely yeah thats gonna be about an hour. We and the people beside us noted the ten open tables in the restaurant and the patio was completely empty!! The hostess said they are trying to figure out the server situation hence not seating anyone, inside or outside. Well figure it out and get people seated! Does it take an hour to seat people in all the empty tables? If you dont have the staff then take care of that problem, it is not a one time thing here its every single day. You are a sports bar, on the last game of the nba finals you need to be over staffed!! We saw 30 people come and go and so upset in the lobby. Dont waste your night on frustration coming here. And we would not be making this post if management had taken our concerns into consideration.

We ordered online for take out at a later time. We got there at the time it was supposed to have been ready and it wasnt. The guy said he would go back and check on it. 5 mins later he comes out and said they were finishing up. After another 5 mins of waiting someone else asked if we had been help and I explained we were told it was almost ready but that was 5 mins ago. He said he would check on it, came back and said they had made it wrong and were almost done. Ok. 5 mins later....we were told they had dropped it and had to remake it. 5 mins later....and on and on. We left 33 mins after the order was supposed to be done. No apology, no coupon or token for the inconvenience....then got home and the one sandwich was cold, the side was wrong, dessert was wrong. The food usually is good but the service is and always has been horrible....dine in or take out. Do not recommend this place.

Typically we have a great experience at this location! Today our typical server was WAY off her game! I ordered a dry rub and got a Caribbean traditional, my friend ordered their ribs and some wings that are on the me ur, but no longer offered so he had to switch to a different one. Being that it was too hot for his pallet they did switch them to a new kind, yay. When our food came out with the ribs missing, she acted like she didnt hear him order them, but we specifically asked for the extra menu and had a conversation about them before placing our order! She told us she would bring out some more napkins and buckets which we didnt need and spilled someones water all over my leg while placing the napkins on the table. Manager didnt do anything when this was brought to his attention and now Im off to work with wet pants!

This restaurant is one of our go-tos for lunch as they offer the "Fast Break Lunch" - a limited menu that will be delivered to your table in 15 minutes or its free. Seems that the wait staff doesnt really promote this, as I have had to ask each time for them to start a timer (they dont offer unless you ask). If you dont ask, they arent in any hurry to get your food out to the table. . Food is exactly what youd expect - deep fried chicken parts tossed in a sauce of your choice. Beware! The new sauce guide does not accurately depict they wet vs. dry sauce heat (Desert Heat is NOT the same heat level as Mango Habenero - Its more like Asian Zing heat!) A little pricey for what you get, but I rarely walk out of there without a box of food for another meal or snack.

We went here for lunch, loved going here as the single college student. Now that its a family of four, it can get pretty spendy. They do have the best sauces however. 20 wings for 20 bucks, what do you think? Update: Ive been doing take out for a while now. There is one time and which day forgot blue cheese not a big deal should have been something I checked. This last time around I ordered 27 minutes ahead when I got there it turns out the other was never placed and the gal Courtney recalls taking my order. The shift lead who was dressed in red so so lets just place order get it out within 15 minutes, takes another 25 in actuality. Once I actually got my order I still paid full price with no apologies. Takeout sucks.

We were last in this restaurant on Tuesday, September 22nd and it will be awhile before we go back. Overall this place has decent service, but on this night around 7pm we didnt receive any, literally. We were promptly seated to the dining area were maybe 30% of the tables were occupied. We witnessed at least 6-8 waitresses walking past us for a good twenty minutes with not one of them pausing and asking if we had been helped. I never felt more invisible at a restaurant! We had a good laugh and decided to get up and leave. Icing on the cake was that no one noticed that either. We quickly drove down the road to the local taproom and received friendly, courteous service and were in and out in 45 minutes.

Waited 45 min to pick up my food that I order 20 min ago line was 20 min long. Thats alright with me then it was my turn no one was there to bring me my order until I had to go up to one of the people working there and tell them to please assist me in brining the order I ordered a while ago he went to the back came out smiling and saying they are working on it!!!! Eventually a manager came out and asked if I was being helped I told him no that I have been waiting for my food for 45 min already!!! He went to the back and brought the food out finally! !! Worst experience ever!!! Food is amazing thou!

The host that greeted us seemed really unhappy. Putting someone with a gloomy face at the door is probably not the best idea for a restaurant. After we were seated it took our waitress a long time to get to us but once she did service was pretty fast. We only ordered wings, and they came very quickly, except I believe our order was mixed up. We didnt complain because we had someplace to go afterwards and the food was fine. The bill came and was paid for real quick and our waitress was friendly. All in all an okay experience but nothing above average.

I used to come here almost every Tuesday for their buffalo wings. Their deals are good and super cheap too but Ive noticed theyve been slowing raising them. A couple years ago, it was only $0.40. Now its about $0.60, wow! The service at this particular BWW is good, the servers are always nice. Sometimes wed have to wait a little longer because Tuesdays are usually busy but its well worth it.

Went there during a Vikings Packer game and the place was hopping. Despite the business my partner and I were served promptly. The sauces were zesty and very flavorful, though the wings werent quite as tender as I would have liked I still enjoyed them. Its wings not fine dining. Overall my stomach was satisfied, wallet was still full and my time not wasted.
