AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!! My wife and I came in on a Monday night around 8pm with our 2 older boys after the Twins game was rained out earlier. The place was not busy by any means, so we figured things would move quickly and service wouldnt be a problem - so much for assumptions. As we came in, a young lady who I thought was a hostess approached the front check-in, looking like she would assist us in getting seated. Instead, she simply dropped some silverware at the front, turned and wandered off across the restaurant - no acknowledgement, no "hi, someone will be with you shortly" - didnt even look at us. I looked at my wife and said how strange that was, especially since the place was dead. Luckily, the "actual" host approached shortly after that. Nice guy, got us seated, got our boys tablets to play with. He also was our server which made sense since it was quiet. He took our drink order, and my wife had ordered a beverage which he "forgot" about and she had to ask about again. She finally recd it after a delay but we were his only table. Yikes, not a good start. We ordered an appetizer which was fine, then our food. We waited longer than I would have expected for such a quiet night - not a long wait, but that length of wait was more appropriate for a busy night. Finally recd our food - I dont order wings there anymore, because they really arent that good (who knew? A wing place with bad wings?) but my wife and boys did. Not great - average wings at best. I also had ordered garlic fries with my burger as an add-on (on the menu) but the server brought me regular fries instead with my burger. He apologized, and said "keep the regular fries" and brought the garlic fries in a small basket after a short wait. I really would have preferred a discount here - I am not interested in keeping the WRONG order of fries as a makeup for the error. He didnt give me the option for that, nor do I suspect would that have been possible. If anything, the burger was decent. It was getting late, so we were hoping to finish up and get home. As we were finishing our meal, the server stated that he "had to transfer our table to another server" because he was done for the night. Uuuuh....OK?? We were nearly done, and he had to leave rather than stay until we were done - maybe another 15 minutes. Very poor customer service. Whats WORSE is that as we were finishing after he "transferred" us, he was still walking around the restaurant - in and out of the kitchen, the restroom, the bar - etc. WTH!! He ultimately left 5 minutes before we did, and he only beat us out the door because his "relief" was slow as molasses in getting us our check. The relief server only handled us for a short time, but he was AWOL when we needed the check - which we were trying to get out the door because my boys had school in the morning. Make an effort to visit a different BW3 nearby as opposed to this one in Champlin - this was my 3rd visit and the food is average at best while the service continues to be poor or worse.

Its BWW so I am not here to critique the food. It was good. The service is what I am going to rate. My five year old son and I were out and went to get an early dinner. My son told him about the Christmas show he was going to later to perform in and the host genuinely interested and talked a couple minutes with him about the songs, what part he was playing, and other details. He leaves and come right back with a little toy football and gave it to my son saying it was for good luck. In the commotion of leaving with an excited five year old I left my credit card in the check folder. The next morning I realized that I was missing it and called and the manager said they had it locked up and I could stop by pick up. The whole hassle of replacing a card was averted and I would say it was because they have a great bunch working there.

Terrible service. Ordered the ultimate nachos there was barely any of the meat in there, hardly any cheese and almost all lettuce. Tasted like it sat under a heat lamp for a half hour. They forgot our appetizer. And our waitress didnt even come around untill after we got our food. Forgot my dressing and told the person who brought our food out thag they forgot my dressing, and we didnt get our appetizer. And she said she will get it. And never seen her again. Our waitress finally came to our table after we got our food and told her about our app. And got it while we were already half way done eating. Sad thing is it wasnt even busy. The one in Riverdale is 10 times better. If i do decide to go to bww again i will be going to Riverdale.

My family and I decided to come here for dinner after the movies. I dont expect much from a bar and grill but I certainly expect more than what got tonight. We decided to take-out our food, as the place was packed. The food was absolutely dreadful, and after seeing such a spectacular movie, this was a major letdown. Per my kids, the hamburgers tasted like someone took a handful of pepper and threw it on there. My chicken wings looked and tasted like they were pulled from a volcano. The mushrooms and potato wedges were flavorless and cold. If you want to come here to watch a game and have a drink, this is the place. But beware, your game day mood might be somber if you eat the food.

My group was the only group in the restaurant aside from a few individuals at the bar and we still had a horrible experience. Slow service. Server only came to check on us once or twice. All of our food was cold. My girlfriend had ordered a salad with the dressing on the side, which it came out as, but there was also dressing added to the salad itself without them telling her, so when she added her side dressing, it was 2x the amount of dressing anyone might want. The salad leaves were also soggy from sitting for an abnormal amount of time. Left a complaint in return for a measly couple bucks off our tab. I like b dubs, but I dont recommend the Champlin location whatsoever.

Enjoy this place, but came for lunch and ordered off their fast-break menu. I ordered a chicken wrap and asked for no tomato, which then voids the time limit of 15 mins due to my no tomato request being a "modification". So if you order a burger and dont want to tomato on it they are not held to the 15 min time limit either. What a joke, being how everything should be made from scratch subtracting something shouldnt add more time or void the 15 minute time limit. Management or whoever made that rule needs to re-define what a true "modification" is

I love Buffalo Wild Wings food and thats what keeps me going back. I would agree with other reviewers. Every time I go (which I usually get take out), it seems like its everyones first day on the job! I usually end up waiting in line to pick up for at least 10 minutes. We used to live in Plymouth and the employees seemed happier and the operation smoother. Still love the food but would like to see the Champlin management focus a little more on happy employees and better training.
