The food is good but they need to remind there employees to keep there opinions to them selfls... every time I eat here Im asked to round up and donate and if you refuse be ready for the Hispanic guy behind the counter too try and make you feel bad for saying no hahaha in my opinion thats bad business and this is why I will no longer return. Update... so I know I said if never return...i lied I gave them one more shot it now March 29 2017 and just when you think things couldnt get any worse... they did. Lets start with the staff every single one of them had an attitude they were very rude and on top of that it took 15 min for them to get me a sandwich. They messed up some one elses order so when they complained about it in a very adult manner they got nothing but attitude back. its too bad great food absolutely the worst service Ive ever experienced. Fool me once you know the rest. Update!! May 2 Hector is back folks that man is why Ill come back he shows great costumer service and is good conversation employees should follow his lead!

Ordered from this location for the office lunch and we couldnt have had a better experience. We had a gluten allergy concern and Dustin (the owner) took the time to speak with me about how to best handle preparing that part of the order and was very receptive to any suggestions on how to make sure there was no cross-contamination. Everyones sandwich came out perfect and delicious, and pickup was way easy--the staff were all super friendly and made sure everything was taken care of. Would highly recommend and will definitely be ordering from these guys again!

Rude server from the start. Grumbled something at us about under staffed and us having to be patient - umm not another single person in the restaurant and we werent even rushing then...and when I simply asked if they offered gluten free salad dressing, he responded with a rude laugh and "its impossible to eat gluten free here" umm ok - Ill go to subway, Wendys, or jimmy johns who will help me. All I did was simply ask - I dont need a hot headed response. Wont be back - but the guy who took our order was an absolute delight!

We love their sandwiches and many options. Yes service was a bit slow but well worth the wait. We could see he was short handed, but most were very patient. The new law of paying servers and counter help going up to 15.00 an hour, things can only get worse either your lunch of now 20.00 will jump to 40.00 or there will be fewer people doing the job of many. Something will give. Get ready Minneapolis.

I lived in Jacksonville Fl. where Firehouse subs first got started. I went thru several years of PTSD after moving to Minnesota where we had NO firehouse subs for years...Finally we now have the BEST SUB SHOP in the Country opening 50+stores in Minnesota. The Hook and Ladder has been my favorite for years. Simply the Best SUB SHOP EVER..... give them a try....Youll be glad you did..

Ive been to Firehouse Subs all over the East Coast and some make their subs correct as I would assume they should be and some do not, this one is spot-on exactly how they should be, super well-put-together sandwich, the staff was friendly and seem to know the names of the regulars which means Im not the only one wholl be going back again.

Friendly staff, but they need to work on their knowledge of what goes in each sandwich and post order process. 10 minute wait for my order, and it wasnt lunch rush... And it was missing one of the ingredients in the title of the sandwich (smokehouse beef & cheddar was missing the cheddar). Good food, though... Ill definitely return.

The older grey haired tall man took my order. I asked for an engineer sub chicken instead of turkey. He made me feel stupid by trying to tell me I could just build my own sandwhich. So after I told him I wanted mushrooms on it, I figured it would have mushrooms on it. But nope I get home no mushrooms. I will not be back

The service in this place has dealt gone down hill. I waited a good 15 mins for them to get my order. I then waited more than 30 min to get my food. I watched a good amount of people wait much longer than I did. My coworker I was with and I will not be coming back. This fast food sandwich shop moves at a snails pace.

Excellent food!!!! I have the app and will order food to be picked up at a certain time. I always put it in hours in advance, but I have had to wait 15 minutes to get my food and there was only one customer in the store. My order was supposed to be ready at 6, it wasnt even started when I got there at 6:10.......

Not great. The manager took a phone call on his Bluetooth phone while taking my order. Due to this he got my order wrong, plus it took a very long time for me to receive my sandwich, and when I did it was very unexceptional. Bread was soggy, plus they did not get my order right.

I frequent this location at least once a week for lunch. Staff are friendly & subs are very tasty. HOWEVER, if you order to go be sure you get the right sub. Ive gotten back to the office twice in the past month only to find I didnt have what I ordered...

the people that work here are super nice and always give me discounts its like subway with a coca cola freestyle machine i like to get a pop here when i stop by the area if you enjoy sandwiches, coca cola freestyle or friendly people stop by here

Great food, great staff, I ate by myself and didnt feel isolated. Pickles you could pound nails with they were so crisp! Would be 5 stars but its always just a bit of a wait to get that delicious sandwich

What a nice establishment! From fire hoses to dalmatian tables this place is legit! I enjoyed the Firehouse Hero and I must say.... It was absolutely delicious! Definitely coming back!
