Ok, let me start this off by saying Ive been a loyal B Dubs customer since the first one appeared in my hometown. My usual experience is very pleasant and I seldom have reason to speak of the service, however, this past trip will linger in my mind for sometime to come. We arrived at 6PM, ordered drinks and an appetizer which came quickly, but the food was another story. We finished our drinks shortly after they arrived and waited a half hour to wave a server down so that we could order another round and put in our dinner order. Fast forward another 30 minutes and our food and drinks hadnt arrived. Again we waved a server down and was told our server would be out shortly. Fast forward another 10 minutes and out came out server....this is the first time we had seen him since our original drink order. He said "your food is up and should be out shortly," but then quickly abandoned our table in search of a larger group to serve. Our food arrived luke warm, and to top it off, we got to help ourselves to silverware and napkins from the server station since the staff decided we could wait. If I could vote lower than 1 star I would, because it was that bad. Wont be visiting this location again.

Sasha was our server. Our food took about 20 mins to arrive (not terrible) but our appetizers came out AFTER our food, probably 15 minutes after. Service was terrible and slow. Tab was charged as almost double what the orders were and had to place a complaint to have that fixed. Food was good, but the service here is TERRIBLE. We used to come here 3-4 times a week to see Megean for lunch and ever since her position changed it seems like its impossible to get good service here. Will not be returning again, and with the service Ive had at other locations (Maplewood, Oakdale, Coon Rapids) its likely Ill find somewhere else to take my lunchtime business.

Got here at quarter to six. Service was terrible. If I could give it less I would. The food came out cold, and an HOUR Late. I had to ask multiple times to get a drink. When the waitress finally brought it I asked for another one, and it didnt get back to the table for 40 minutes. No joke here. And to make it worse, my Jack and Pepsi was so watered down I couldnt tell if it was alcoholic or not. The interior is sticky and staff was cordial, but incompetent.

Its gotten more expensive over the last few years, but I can still get a wrap and a tall beer for under twenty bucks. Lots of different screens with an assortment of, sports, news, and other such things playing. They have trivia, a bar area, dining area, bathrooms of course. You can pick up your food to go. Has great staff and fantastic food. a bit loud iand cramped in . and Unfortunately, at least this place is doing away with their wings Tuesday deal.

Ya know...I hate to ding a place like this. It has just been a relatively consistent problem of getting decent service during the busier hours. Swing by during an off-peak time and everything is golden. The second it gets busy, table turn around takes forever, staff begins to squabble in front of guests, and everything except the food just kind of plummets. I wish it was a one time deal...but its been like this now for 4 years.

Bad Service! My wifes drink was make incorrectly, she is a bartender. She ordered a Majito. There was no mint and the limes were not crush, it also took about 5 minutes (we were the only people in the whole building). My burger came and the cheese was not even melted and the honey bbq sauce I ordered was missing. We have been here many times without problem until this visit. Must have been the B squad working....

Im very preferential to this restaurant. This location is easy to access, and is fairly large. The outdoor seating is nice. Watching sports here is always a pleasure. The food is generally on par and the wait staff are wonderful. However, Ive been here many times and on occasion, Ive had fairly sloppy service. Regardless, I will continue to eat here and can recommend it to friends and family.

This business bans guns! I do not frequent this restaurant with my family near as often as I would due to this factor. If corporate is listening and wants to increase profits - drop this policy! I can find many other businesses who will gladly take my money and do not have issues with a law abiding vetran carrying a side arm and defending himself and his family should the need arise.

Had Chelsi as our waitress and she is awesome!! Made our visit very personal in the few words she spoke to us, knew the menu. This lovely lady deserves some major credit!! Food was absolutely amazing as usual!! The hostess was awesome at greeting and making us feel welcome!! Thank you to Buffalo Wild Wings, Chelsi, and Kallie for making Buffalo Wild Wings great!!

I ordered online 3 hours ahead of time. I got there on time to pick up, checked in and everyone who got there after me received their food. I waited over 20 minutes for an order I put in hours ahead of time. Nor did I receive silverware or napkins even though they told everyone else they had put them in the bag. Disappointed in my online experience

Aps and food came before drink order. Fried pickles were all clumped together with raw batter in the middle. Burger was awful and had to wait for them to run bacon out because they forgot to put it on. Bill was wrong 3 times finally the manager fixed it! Have been here many, many times, today was the last!

Messed up on an order of large boneless for take out. They were made as bone in wings. Came back a few days later to talk to the GENERAL MANAGER, he apologized, and fixed the situation. Because he fixed the problem, I will be a returning customer. :)

They dont have deals on the traditional wings anymore but thats ok. They do buy one get one free on Tuesdays for boneless wings. And they still have boneless Thursdays too. The sauce they use is so tasty! I would recommend!

They were remodeling which is understandable but I than waited for 20 minutes before my waitress came to the table. Then our food was not done properly and we had to wait for about ten minutes for our silverware

Dining in can be quite loud and hectic. If you are going to pick up your order, I recommend ordering online via their website. Calling in is most often a pain due to all the noise in the background.

The waitresses were not very bright. They interrupted conversation and injected themselves into our conversations. Management is poor and unprofessional. This manager in the photo was rude and doltish.

Typical chain. Good food. Service is excellent as well. The trick to get your wings coated is ask for "extra wet" large place too. Can accommodate larger groups. And daily specials.

My family and I go often, the service is always great and have not had one problem with our food. Been going there for years and will continue to as long as I live in the area.
