Went in there was a line, new location ok there will be a wait.After placing my order and sitting down near # 66, they had told me that they had been there 1/2 hr no food yet. At $15.00 for a bacon cheese burger and a shake, I couldnt afford the fries, lol. My shake was gone still waiting for the burger. I was # 77...Horrrayy 38 min later, I left late getting back to work with my cold burger and no drink. There were 5 employees there.with 18 burgers on the grill. If you plan a wait. I thought Culvers was expensive. I have never waited more than 5 min. and they have a bigger menu. The dining experience is better for about $5 bucks less. I am sorry Culvers take me back!!!!

Still love the food, but they just started doing this dumb thing where they give you a miniature cup for water where the ice doesnt even fit and one has to get up 50 times to refill the water cup throughout one meal. Its ridiculous and absurd. Specifically asked for a larger cup (which was what they used to give you) and they said they couldnt. Ridiculous.

I go to this give guys about twice a month since its been open. And every time I come. They have a completely different staff working. Ive never seen a familiar face behind that counter. And every time they change the food gets worse. The fries are mushy and cold and the burgers overcooked. Im over them.

Poor customer service. Never checked on me or gave me a shopping tote bag seeing that i have 3+products in my hands. Cashier Didnt say a word during check out either.

Service was extremely slow and I ordered a little order of fries and barely got any. Normally you get the cup and a ton of extra fries. We got just the cup.

Google Maps has the location incorrect, so I went to the wrong spot originally. But overall, great food and great service. Ill definitely come back here.
