Thought pick up would be faster, think again, 30 minutes past the the time I was estimated, had my 3 yr old throwing a fit in the car, ok, enough about the bad, there was some good to our visit, David acknowledged myself and the other carry out customer right as we came in. He also was the only one that even spoke to us regarding how much more time it was going to be and said thank you for bearing with him. I noticed the manager, due to her different shirt came up front, signed some type of receipt then grabbed her phone out of her back pocket to do whatever on her phone, she came to "help" David with pizzas coming out of the oven and boxing them, I feel so bad that there was only 2 employees on staff and 2 drivers, they had tons of orders to do. This experience really comes down to lack of staff and lack of management. Thank you David for making this experience not so bad all things considered, the pizza still taste good!

EDIT: Redeemed. I talked about my experience with location manager and got store credit for the previous order. Today we tried it again. And it was great! Its a Tuesday and plenty of people working. My pick-up order was ready quickly and looked great. If they can maintain this quality theyll keep my business. Original: They were understaffed, so Ill give them the benefit of the doubt for my food being slow. I picked it up and checked it and asked why all the toppings were in the middle. IDK if the picture is clear enough but they were poorly made. I mentioned it to the kid who made it (Ive worked a couple different pizza places and figured hes new/untrained). He told the MOD who said and I quote "Our toppings dont go to the edge." Duh, bad training. At least get out past the 50% mark, man. The food didnt taste bad, but it was ugly and why pay someone to make you food if you can make it nicer at home?

This place straight up sucks. Never once have I ever received a delivery on time, which would be okay...If everything else about their service wasnt complete crap. A month or so ago I received a pizza with obviously rotten ingredients on it, and when I called in to ask about it I was treated extremely rudely, as though I was the one attempting to scam them. Ha. Tried again to order a pizza tonight, because everyone deserves a second chance, right? But nope, three minutes before my order is due to arrive, I get a call saying that I need to order from a different location. No explanation. Ive been ordering from this location for years. What suddenly changed? When I called back to get a bit more information, once again I was treated with extreme disrespect. Hey guys, just so you know, theres this magical mystical thing called ~customer service~ Sounds fancy, right? Maybe you should try it.

MANAGERS ARE USELESS AND UNEDUCATED, LEFT IN TEARS! Called the store number and it redirected to the call center. Placed the order with call center since the site was acting up and the guy said show the email at the store to confirm email, i was like ok. Once at the store employee was clueless about the email thing and called the manager, next thing i know managers and employees are getting at it over an email.. besides the prior guff-ups credit on account. Left the store some 20 min later with eyes just about to ball out.. pathetic service, rude managers, clueless and untrained emploees. WHAT A SHAME! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO PAPA JOHNS, AT LEAST THEYRE NICER

Worst customer service from the Manager at this location. Ordered Pizza online tried to make sure the online order went thru by calling the store twice and the manager verified it. At the time when they were about to close I called again and some how the order did not go thru. The manager did not even try to apologize for the mistake and take responsibility for the matter and or even tried to correct it by providing better service. Instead she starts talking about how busy she is and blamed the call center. I was waiting for more than an hour and a half, no solution was offered. She needs to go back to school to learn customer service!

Disgusting. Had the garlic knots,. The sauce was like cold canned tomato soup, complete w/ tin like taste. The knots had some kind of a funky varnish like casing; nothing that tasted like bread. In the cavities of the knots, no cheese could be found,. Some cheese had morphed with the casing. Managed to get one eaten; tried to dig cheese out of the second with no luck. Gave one to the dog; she sniffed it and refused to eat it. $ 6 in the trash can. Id eat leftovers,, but I cant get that funky taste out of my mouth. Just out of curiosity, does that lock box looking contraption mean the doors are closing?

I got pizza from here before, and it was fine. But the second time I tried to order online, it wouldnt work. So I called their main number (they manage all the pizza hut calls) and tried to order. The guy seemed like he was a little slow, and then once we finished with my order, he said, "their credit card machine is down, so do you have cash?" I said no, and he said, "well Im sorry. maybe try back in a couple of hours." Useless. He should have mentioned that up front.... instead of wasting my time with taking an order which took forever in itself. Maybe its not meant for me to have pizza today... good grief.

Were done. The restaurant receipt gives a website for a review. Weve had mostly great service here, but the Flavor Menu was dropped. We continued ordering, but NOT as often. I completed a recent review, and wrote down my code Last night we were going to place an order at the "Menu Prioce" (no deals, no discounts) but THIS restaurant does not accept the "$10.00 off $20.00" coupon. I guess well go back to Pizza Man and Tasty Pizza.

There was a complete misunderstanding today with delivery(on my end), and the staff there went above and beyond to be helpful. They were patient and prompt and completely helpful to get everything straightened out for me. The driver went out literally seconds after talking to me on the phone and my order was there in minutes. Great customer service goes a long way. Thank you to the Columbia Heights team for being so helpful.

One of 2 of our large pizzas completely messed up, our Hershey chocolate bites were not cut, and our cheesy sticks were like an old shoe. All of that wouldnt be so bad is we didnt have to call there call center 3 times, total hold time close to 45 minutes with the only resolution to the issue being a promise to call us back. Which we have not received.

The food is as usual. The staff however could do some work. Walked in and wasnt tended to right away. Keep in mind I was the only customer within the store at the moment and there were two people tending the front. Told them I ordered online. Typically I dont care for everyday business fluff, but for a well known pizza place, its a bit off putting.
