I used to order from here. I only ended up ordering three times before I had THE WORST experience Ive ever had in delivery. I submitted an order online and then went back and used some coupons and when I finished my order I realized that it had cancelled the delivery option and made it carryout so I called the store to see if I could get that fixed and have my order delivered, a simple fix (or so I thought...) The guy who answered the phone looked up my order and told me that I couldnt use two coupons on one order, which I was unaware of and he was a little bit rude so I asked if I could talk to a manager and he told me he was a manager and I asked if anyone above him was there and he said no. So I asked him to cancel my order since he was being rude and he hung up on me. Since I work in customer service I was naturally shocked at this behavior so I called the store back. The same worker answered the phone and then put me on hold. A different person answered and proceeded to SCREAM at me telling me that I was a terrible person for trying to use two coupons and that I "knew it wasnt allowed" and that he hated people like me and by this time I was not at all upset about the two coupons thing I was upset that I had been treated so badly. I was not at all raising my voice to either of these workers And I kept trying to explain why I was upset and he kept screaming at me that he knew why I was upset and that he didnt care because he hated people like me and that I was a terrible customer when I had ordered (without any complaint I might add) three times in the last week from their store and spent more than $30 each time. I kept asking him why he was being so rude and he said it was because he didnt care, he didnt want customers like me ordering from them at all. I cannot emphasize enough how calm I was through all of this, I tried and tried to be nice to them and explain why I was upset and they refused to listen to me. They said that the owner wouldnt care that they were so rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The only reason I kept ordering from there was because there was one delivery driver who was super nice when he delivered my food. So I tried to give this place a chance but its really not worth it. Please do not order from here and please do not support a business that condones that kind of behavior in the customer service field.

Their business is a joke. I always would order from them late at night, since in Bloomington they are the only 24 hour delivery place. I recently ordered from them and had the most horrendous experience I have EVER had!! I called in my order personally and they asked for my address but no other information, I figured they just had taken the phone number I called with down and would use that for reference... wrong. They for some reason had a different name and number for my address (which is an apartment I just moved into) and when the delivery driver arrived I guess he was trying to call that person for 10 mins outside. The worker at the restaurant must have had my phone number right there because he called me and started harassing me about his driver calling the wrong person. I finally went down to look for the driver and when I got to the door he actually drove on my apartments grass and sidewalk to get to the main door.. He left marks in the grass and flower bed. When he got to the door he started swearing at me and my boyfriend and actually made me afraid of what he was going to do. I was going to tip him well over what I should for his inconvenience but after this I gave him no tip, which of course fueled his anger. When he finally left he sped off and ruined even more of the property. We immediately called the manager to tell him what happened, and what he did was deny that his driver would even do such a thing and started swearing his self at my boyfriend. We waited until the next day to call the day manager and he apologized and said he would call us back after he talked to them about what happened. He never called us back and went home for the day. I still havent been reimbursed for what happened and we paid $20 for just a small pizza and some onion rights, only to be swore at and fear the delivery driver. I say its not worth anything to order from these guys!!!!

I ordered several items for delivery and was terribly unimpressed. I was looking forward to home made onion rings and breaded mushrooms. I opened all three appetizers: mushrooms, onion rings and jalapeno poppers only to find each one with a tear open package of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing; the kind you get at the store with your pre-packaged salads (ummmm, I was thinking for the prices they charge they might make their own fresh dressing). Im sorry, but neither the rings nor the mushrooms were home made. I swear they were straight out of a freezer bag. Soggy. The breading fell off the mushrooms just trying to put them on a plate. The breading itself was very salty and pasty. Im so highly disappointed. The Reuben pizza...I would rate it 2 on a scale 1-5. So-so. The only really tasty item was the broasted chicken. Oh, and the bottled chocolate milk. Over $72.00 for this and totally not worth it. I will never eat their food again.

Terrible Terrible ingredients quality, very little topping portions (except for peppers those were plentiful). Sauce was horrible , cheese product was thick & not melted. It was like trying to eat dried up bread covered with glue it was horrible. I Complained to mgmt over the phone he was a complete dick the kid that answered yelled for Will if you get Will on the phone good luck with this smart ass low life. & they basically said you bought it deal with it. I will never ever buy another pizza or any other items on their menu as long as I live. I will let everybody know that this place is crap hole. Once I got off the phone with the *** manger, I threw the pizza outdoors to my dog.Pissed & still hungry!!!!

I am in town this week for business and ordered from American Pie to be delivered to my hotel. The food was delivered in good time, and the cheese curds were great! I was however, unimpressed with the pizza I ordered, and didnt eat it because it wasnt very good to me at all. I decided to call and let them know that I was unhappy with some of the food. Melissa, who was the girl who answered the phone, was very kind and understanding. She put me on hold momentarily and came back to let me know that I could call again while I was in town and they would credit me a meal to make up for it. Excellent customer service! Very impressed with the way they handled the issue. Class act! Thank you American Pie!

Ordered from hotel room on a Sunday around 10:30pm. In town from Chicago and ordered pizza and wings. First off price was pretty reasonable for delivery and a 24 hr place. The food came in about 30 mins. Pizza was pretty good much better than I expected. The wings were very meaty and flavorful. Price was very fare and delivery charge was almost nothing. Overall very satisfied and much better than expected considering ordering from menus from hotel and a place that is 24 hrs and had low ratings. Maybe I got lucky or they just did what was expected. Either way keep up the good work and wish more places were 24hrs with good service and prices.
