Consistently the worst crepes I have had to date. I gave it a couple tries thinking maybe they had a bad day, but they have been equally disappointing each time! If i wanted a dried up pancake that they wanted to call a crepe i would have dug to the bottom of my trash can for my left over breakfast yesterday. The sauce that they drizzle on is good, but there is only enough to drag 2 bites through it before your daily ration is out. All fillings (chicken, artichoke, etc..) are usually over cooked and incredibly dry. I had noted on my last visit that all their chicken is pre cooked, and likely sitting there for hours. I wasnt surprised when i needed a glass of water just to wet my pallet and choke it down. Too much time spent making it look pretty and too little time making it taste good. my advice- give your $8 to a homeless guy down the block. at least he might get a good meal with the money you would have otherwise thrown out!

I give the service a 1. The pho a 2 star. The fake banh mi a 2. I met the owner. I asked him how he learned to make pho. He said he has a French Vietnamese friend. He smiles and says you know Vietnam was colonized by France right? I mean really. Thanks for the history lesson. I had no idea my ancestors were ruled and overtaken by a bunch of white people who tried to erase our culture. Then he goes you know banh mi was influenced by the French right. Anyways, I got my Pho. Mediocre at best. We asked for more fish sauce. They had none. So, what the f do you make Pho with. Ive gotten the Banh Mi. They were better but they were NOT banh mi. Call them a damn French sandwich. Good place to go if youre downtown and want pho but dont want to leave the skyway. Additionally, no where else serves pho. Otherwise its just watered down and if youre Vietnamese be prepared to get a history lesson.

The only thing French about this place is the lazy work ethic and hard to understand English from the owner. The crepes are not made fresh to order first off, so if you dont know any better you would assume they are supposed to be served luke warm and mushy. The prices are way too high for some simple toppings like nutella spread. The size of this place reminds me of an airplane bathroom, with as much ambience. It doesnt scream French, more like forget it. Better crepes at the mall of America, and more room to eat, and a place where they make it fresh right in front of you. When asked why they werent made fresh I received an attitude from the owner, what a surprise. He was also rude to his staff, not impressed. Viva la M.O.A!

I ate at this place only once and I tried their crab meat Benedict as well as their crab meat crepe! Both were very delicious, however I would not recommend it to people who do not like spicy food. The Benedict and the crepe with crab meat are virtually the same but the Benedict has a hollandaise sauce that is to die for l, so much so I requested it be put on my crab meat crepe! They also offer a punch card and after your 10th purchase you get a free item. Even though Nicolette Mall is currently under construction it is well worth it to go here! Also construction is pretty much complete so that should not discourage a curious person from going.

Tiny little place, but they have some seating out in the hallway of the Medical Arts Building. Ordered Pho and paid at the counter and sat down at a hallway table and the food nearly beat me to the table, very fast service! The Pho was good and well garnished with raw onions, bean sprouts, parsley and lime wedges. It was good Pho. The broth was good but could have used more depth....noodles were well cooked and not over done. Meatballs were good and mushrooms were good as well... I give the place 4-stars... its not Quangs but was above average.

Amazing little place with an eclectic menu. The staff are all French, judging by their accents, and the service is warm, intimate and super fast -- no small feat in a restaurant the size of a closet. There is seating in the lobby of the building next door which gives one the feeling of eating at a sidewalk cafe even in the winter cold! We got the pho and the gyro breakfast burrito. Both were amazing. The coffee is superb. Also on the menu are bahn mi (Vietnamese Sandwiches) and, of course, crepes. Highly recommended.

I frequent La Belle Crepe. So much so, that they recognize me every time I come in and ask me how Im doing. It definitely keeps me coming back. It feels like seeing old friends. ATMOSPHERE: Its a cool family-run type of a restaurant with quirky art and a mirror covered in foreign currency. The way its set up makes you feel like youre at a European café. FOOD: Their crêpes are a-mazing and their Ginger Chicken Bahn Mi is Sgreat. I love this place so much and its no secret!

Stumbled into this French place off the Nicollet Mall on accident and its fantastic. It is a tiny restaurant with delicious menu items you rarely find in the Twin Cities. The 4 times Ive been there the service was outstanding and the guy actually remembered my name on my second visit. My girlfriend fell in love with this little gem, but its also a great place to have lunch alone...you just have to find it!

Terrible food terrible service, sometimes you try to mix too many flavors together and you should have stuck with what you started with. If you want to be a French restaurant then be a French restaurant. When I wasnt even asked me if I wanted water, or a refill of my coffee that is just poor service. Paper plates and bowls for soup just made the feel of the place less than classy.

Staff was friendly and the pricing was fair, but overall the crepe was "meh". When you eat a crepe you expect a little bit of fluff and depth to what your eating. La Belles Crepes were too thin, had very little taste, and were a bit burnt. Whether you visit depends on how badly you want a crepe or not. I dont think well be back.

Saw employee walk in with tea he had purchased and then start making Pho without washing his hands after he had touched the door handle and wiped his hands on his pants and touched his face. Never washed his hands between carrying meals out side and touching doors and other surfaces that other people were touching.

Food I had was Pho. Great, tastes pretty good, and really healthy tasting, kind of wakes up your taste buds and nose. The service was great, they actually converse with you, its a small cozy place, and the one that took me was the Sipping Hot Chocolate. Looking forward to trying the rest of the menu.

The Hoisson Pork Banh Mi and Berries Crepes were AMAZING!! Went there on a Sunday and dining area is tiny, but the food and service made up for it. There is only bar seating that seats about 8 people. I was so glad they were open bc I dont go to downtown on week days. I
