Myself as well as my family have been frequent customers of La Madeline for many many years and I absolutely love their French cusine, and nice atmosphere. The only complaint I have is that the general manager is extremely rude and even unprofessional at times when dealing and explaining things to customers. This highly disappointed me. All of the other staff is absolutely wonderful and for this reason I will continue to enjoy lunch here.

I always eat here, but this is the first time I ordered to go. Im disappointed for one reason. I ordered a Caesar salad, and there was no Caesar dressing. I dont live near here, so driving back was out the question. My only mistake on my end was not checking my order. I think one of the five employees, one including the manager could of checked it. Yes Ill go back, but now I will always ask, "is the dressing in there?".

la Madeleines is one of my favorite places to enjoy good food. Love their salads, quiches, and soups. Being a favorite place of mine I always go with people I love. Today my sister Marianne and I dug into salads , soups , and quiches with such gusto that we never.eventook a picture. Perfect time @ 5:30 pm we experienced no wait or crowds. Eclectic decor adds to the savory experience by providing comfort and welcome.

Food was good, though I prefer the French dip at classic cafe. I like that they have bread and jam to snack on. I tried two bakery items for dessert. I really love the mini lemon tart. Tasted like an extra yummy lemon bar. I also tried the sacher torte parfait. It was a mini chocolate thing, and it had a fruit taste to it that I personally didnt like. Good visit overall, the staff were super nice and helpful.

The staff was great and the food was amazing! Tomato soup was great! I had the chicken cordon Bleu pasta and it was pretty good (Im a pasta lover so thats why its just "pretty good," but my gf liked it a lot.) My gf got the pick 3 salad. You pick 3 different types of salad (with cup of soupe was also a choice) and it was 9 for that. Great pastries! We are definitely coming back!

Love love love this place!! Everything is fresh, flavorful & well priced. The staff is friendly and the bakery is great! Their tomato basil soup is to die for along with their all you can eat bread to dip in it. I have been going to this chain for years and in many locations. I have never once been dissatisfied with either their food or atmosphere!

Great outings and many seats available for large crowd, cold in summer and fast salad service. But the food doesnt look appealing and served in cold plates. I ordered sweet strawberry ice tea and got unsweetened. Asked for replacement and got sweet ice tea without strawberries. I wont go again also dont feed the birds

They kinda assume youve been there before when you walk in so theres no real explanation if the cafeteria line-style ordering process. Theres really good food though, and if you order a large salad they actually give you a salad large enough for a meal. Acai berry vitamin water on tap at the fountain drinks!

I really like La Madelines Eggs benedict. This location in particular is better than most, they will make it for dinner even when it clearly says on the menu that they stop at 1pm. And it still comes out quickly and I dont have to wait forever. A tad pricey, but other than that, its a solid place.

Service was incredibly rude. Immediately after that bad taste in my mouth, I received another in the form of their sub-par, cold, poorly put together food. I would literally suggest anywhere else. This is the olive garden of French restaurants, yet somehow, so much worse.

Sent my food to the wrong table, but were quick to correct the mistake. Generally expensive for the quantity of food but the quality is great. Love the atmosphere at this location, more old-school than the new ones being built. Love the coffee.

Disappointment with a french accent. Pastries were dry and flavorless. Coffee was average but VERY expensive. The atmosphere seemed really cool and the decorations were interesting but it was very loud with small and tight seating areas.

Rich, authentic atmosphere with delicious food at very reasonable prices! Every once in awhile youll find some of the staff very apathetic and detached, but it doesnt take away from how great the place is for lunch or a date!

Walked in at 6pm on a Sunday and my nose gets blasted with a hard core smell of bleach. I understand its a great disinfectant and all but why clean with such a strong item while people are trying to eat food nearby??

Confused at first. Expected a sit down restaurant but found cafeteria style. Not to worry, there are plenty of menus at the counter. Hard to choose from so many options for your meal. The food is magnafique!!!
