Very disappointed in my experience. I was there around 1pm on April 27th and the woman I had ringing me up kept talking over me while I was trying to place my order. I then used 2 gift cards for my order and had a remaining balance of $7.49. I swiped my card and it asked if I wanted to leave gratuity. I left a $1.00 tip because that is what I typically do. It stated I had a remaining balance of $1.00 after transaction. She said she would have to ring it all over again. Instead of her listening to me when I was telling her what I thought was the issue, she continued to talk over me, ask me my order all over again, and then walked away to get her manager. She didnt really seem to care about anything but getting me through/done (note, there was no one behind me at that point but she was acting like it was a cattle call). The male manager came over and she tried explaining what happened, he didnt really seem to understand what she meant, so I tried explaining I used 2 gift cards, then remaining balance was $7.49, I added a tip of $1.00, and it left it with $1.00 remaining balance that I stated was probably from the tip they need to pull from the drawer. Instead of going through it the 3rd time he just did manager discount and covered the remaining $7.49 which was super nice of him. However, where my concerns lie is when I got my food. Order was wrong, I had 1 sandwich and a panini instead of a salad and sandwich, and the gentleman that handed it to me said it was because they didnt have the greek goddess dressing. Huh? I didnt order that dressing and unsure as to why I would get a sandwich instead? I was pretty quiet and was polite. I also didnt get the added items in my salad I asked for. They fixed it and called my name. So I went up there the Manager was helping on the line and handed the bag over to me and just said "there you go" and didnt seem too kind at that moment or like I was being difficult. The sandwich then was no longer in a box and loosely wrapped without a sticker holding it together. It looked terrible. I look in the bag and by that point I was kind of irritated that no one said "I am so sorry for the mix up, sorry for the transaction not working out, but instead I got money taken off." I wasnt looking for that but thank you. I was looking for kindness, caring, and a sorry or thank you for coming in. My friend said that her and her family no longer go to the Brooklyn Center location because of the terrible customer service, presentation of food, etc. Makes me sad because we live close to there and she just had a baby. So this was a perfect fit location wise.

Love, love, love the sandwiches! From the Bacon Turkey Bravo to the Napa Almond Chicken Salad. Cant forget the Asiago Steak Sandwich either. My husbands favorite is the Italian Combo Sandwich. My daughters favorite is the Chipotle Chicken Sandwich. My son opts for the Mac & Cheese with a big Cinnamon Roll for dessert! I go for the Frozen Mocha for a drink/dessert. When in the mood for a salad, the Strawberry Chicken with Poppyseed dressing is a summer go-to!

I love panera. I usually order a side of baguette with my sandwich as I consider paneras baguette among the best ones. However, the baguette in this panera was dissapointing. It was cold and burnt. They give a tiny piece as a side. Very dissapointed

They take care of you! Placed online order and they found out after they were out of one item, called me to let me know and gave alternative in a very timely manner. Will be eating here again. Also, very convenient from Doubletree.

Nearly all the tables were dirty. Bathrooms were clogged. Constant high beeping from kitchen. Green tea was empty. Floors need vacuuming. Fabric chairs are stained dirty. Food was good, bowls, plates were clean.

Dont get me wrong, Panera is amazing! But the prices are just a tad too high. Ive had lunch there several times but end up spending over $15! Usually worth it though.
