Some VERY rude assistant mangers and some VERY nice. Hope you go in on a VERY nice assistant manger day. Every year for the past 3 years we have gotten a free meal for my birthday (and my husbands birthday). I went in a month ago and got my free meal with a VERY nice assistant manager. He called in ahead of time tonight asking if this was still going on, was given the AOK and to come on in, went in 10 minutes later and was told to pay for it or buzz off, by the assistant manger!! Called in to complain and the assistant manager made it sound like people were coming in and claiming it was their birthday and wanting free food. I told him weve been coming in for years with our Drivers License and getting a birthday meal (its the greatest thank you for going there 5x a month the rest of the year). He then had the nerve to lie and say, "We havent been doing this for at least a year." Umm, excuse me, I did come in to this same Chipotle last month and got MY free birthday meal. And this same Chipotle the year before, we both did again! None of them are consistent in their managing which is very sad to see for such an amazing franchise/restaurant. If they pull their managers together and take note on who is being respectful to customers, they would make an A+ restaurant, definitely! We may reconsider our 5x a month visits now and take our meals elsewhere (with three kids, that totals in nearly $250/mo lost, plus all the people I will tell to go to another restaurant in the area and not waste their time. Its not a LOT, but its something. I hope they turn their managers around and set them all straight.

I go there every other Sunday with my 7 yr old daughter. The staff has previously been amazing. Tonight there were five people behind the counter all younger laughing joking and not paying attention. The lady trying to check out was being ignored and they were not making my order as I asked for my daughter . I firmly said excuse me and asked if they were working or just social hour because they were ignoring the customer at checkout and messing my order up! Then I stated again and I was tol they cant put rice on a quesadilla even though its been done at that very store every other week for over a year! I informed them I would be writing the review calling there manager and then going to another store !

The quality of the food is consistently good, but I must echo what others have written here, as well: as a shop is only as good as its worst employee, theres a lot to be desired here in terms of quality of service. Ive stood at the glass - no one ahead of me in line, but a steadily growing number behind me - while no less than five employees stood around in the kitchen area, joking and fooling around. Its exceptionally awkward to stand there and wait for an indecent amount of time before an employee benevolently elects to serve me and charge me for the privilege. Does this happen often? No. A better answer, though, is "Never." But again: I like the food, so I keep going back. 3/5

Very convenient location. Inconvenient service. I always have to ask for extra everything because they never put a decent portion of anything in the bowls, including extra meats. I mean, come on, Im paying extra for the meat. I should get the right portions regardless. The staff has been very rude, the cashier is never there to ring you up when youre ready, and theres always Hispanic music blaring from the kitchen so you cant hear what anyone is saying, ever. Overall, I only go here because of the location convenience because the brand new one off of central sucks already and any good location is too far away. Need a staffing change for sure.

This was the last time we go to this location. 8 out of 10 times we order online from this place they ALWAYS forget to put salad dressing in our bag or forget to put chicken on a chicken salad or put something ong the order. And when you remind them they get totally offended. Very slow service at least over at the pick up window. Have spoken with the manager and he is truly unapologetic. There are to many other place to go for lunch then to put up with this. I would rather go out of my way to pick up lunch.. Terrible service.......

I love chipotle Ive been to this location twice .. once at around 945 chicken was rubbery and cold , rice was hard and sour cream did not taste like chipotle sour cream. I gave them benefit of the doubt because it was close to closing time . Came back again during regular day time hours thinking it would be better same problem chicken is rubbery and cold and sour cream taste weird . This location does not even taste like a real chipotle food is gross, I wont be back to this location again.

Disgusting! My rice was hard in all three of the bowls I got and there was like 2 pieces of hair in my bowl! When I called in, I asked for the manager and she said why? Who is this? She also had attitude with me and pretty much said it was impossible for hair to get in the food. Sorry to burst your bubble miss but my cousin worked with serving food and even she said hair can get into the food even with a hair net on.

The staff served Microscopic portions of Barbacoa. Next the cashier hands out the reciept, paper currency and change in one pile (saves them time). The managment of this store is focusing on waste (material and human motion) and has completely forgotten about why the customers are visiting. Its time to send these managers back to Customer School or perhaps.....replace them?

The chipolte staff were very rude after they dropped chicken on my mothers burrito and were asked to remake it. My mother is a vegetarian. It should not have been an issue to serve her a burrito without meat. In addition, the staff were complaining about my mothers request while she was still in earshot. I am overall disgusted with this lack of respect.

The location of this Chipotle is definitely what makes this a five star-er! Because EVERY Chipotle should be conveniently nestled near a Pappa Murphys Pizza and a Cold Stone! Parking is ample, as are the carbs. Then, when youre done and nearly in a food coma, you can walk down the block to the water feature and think about what you did.

Buyer Beware! Worst Chipotle experience ever. We got steak even though we asked for chicken. And the steak was cold! My friend got the steak bowl and there was very little rice or steak in the bowl, it was practically an empty bowl! I love Chipotle, but this particular location is definitely not getting our business again.

I was at CHHS last night for the Booster appreciation night and wanted to say thank you for your generous donation of chips and sauce. The sauce I had was the fresh vegetables.
