Stopped in for lunch and was greeted as I entered. The staff was not rude, but also not courteous at the same time. After ordering and getting my drink I go to find a seat and notice a foul smell that seemed to be coming from the back. The door was prepped open with a trash can and the horrible smell seeped into the dining area, but seemed to go away after a short time. Once I recieved my food and began to eat I noticed the smell was back, but this time it wasnt from the back. As I sniffed around the smell seemed to be coming from the wings. I continued to try to figure out the smell and my guess is the smell from the kitchen affected the wings as they were in the same area. The wings didnt taste of look weird at all, but I just couldnt get past that smell. I ended up leaving without eating the food and can guarantee I wont be returning. Its too bad because wingstop is always a winner, but sadly this time I cant testify to the same.

The food is good enough but the atmosphere, service, and execution are extremely lacking. The place smells like a bathroom if youre eating in, and if you order to-go then NEVER trust the order. The last time I ordered to-go they gave me the wrong kind of wings (and they were out of rolls), and the time before that, they gave me the wrong side, and the time before THAT, they gave me the wrong type of wings (so again). Note that this is three incorrect orders IN A ROW. I will not continue eating at Wing Stop, which is disappointing because the wings, fries, and rolls are very delicious, and they deserve to have the employees serve better than they do. Very sad.

One of the most unprofessional Wing Stops Ive ever been in. Staff playing and talking on phones, ignoring customers. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes just to ask for a glass of tea. I had to finally call for someones attention to get service. Also they have drinks in their food prep area, which is not only disgusting, its illegal. Dont eat at the Benton Rd. Location in Bossier City.

Food always turns out great the wings are well-done, well seasoned & so are the fries they give a good amount. Prices are a little high depending what you get and sometimes the customer service can be a little off but today the customer service was great.! So I give it a 4 because the food always turns out yummy! Lol

Wings are great but wait time is entirely to long especially when you call in and still have to wait 30 more minutes at the store after you already waited your 30 minutes before going to store. Also the staff is quite rude and play wayyyyy to much in the back. Never see a manager

Today I encountered a smiling face when I entered the restaurant. The cashier Leah was helpful and very polite. My visit was wonderful because of the customer service she provided.
