Almost every restaurant in southeast Texas has an issue with waitstaff. Last nights Buffalo Wild Wings experience was par for the course. We arrived when the restaurant was only about 25% table capacity. We were seated promptly and the waiter came and took our drink order. The young man was nice and eager and went about getting our drinks. Once he returned, he took our food order...and then he effectively disappeared. The appetizer was brought to us by someone else. The wings were brought to us by another someone else. The order wasnt correct, but no one came over to find out. And then we went over forty minutes before I finally stood up and waved at the young man to come over. Drinks werent refilled (and for a place that specializes in hot wings this makes little sense). We asked for some napkins - there were none on the table, and none were brought when the food was "dropped off". He took off for another round of drinks but this took almost another 20 minutes. The restaurant had become crowded and was at near 100% table capacity near the end of the meal, but I dont see this as a valid excuse. The waiter was busy, but he was covering larger groups at larger tables - our small family of four got lost in the shuffle. Management should ensure that all of the tables are covered and that the "food drop off" people help ensure that everything is OK if the order taker gets distracted or swamped. Overall, it was a fair dining experience. The food was OK, but the service was simply inexcusable.

The food is okay but the wait and service is super bad. One time I went on a Sunday not too much after they had opened, there was only like four other people there, the place was empty. I assumed going on any other day besides Tuesday and Thursdays would help with my fold arriving faster, but that was just a myth. My wait was still around from 40 minutes to an hour. Another time I ordered fries as an appetizer, but oddly enough they arrived when the rest of my food did. So why call it an appetizer? It felt more like a bad dessert, as they were old and bad. I dont blame the cooks for any of this, as I am sure my fries were ready sooner, is just I dont know how not even 1 of the hundreds of waiters/waitresses they have bothered to bring me my appetizer. Dont get me wrong either, Ive had superb experiences with some waiters in the past who were nice, and actually took good care of me. We have never been rude to any either, we always just keep comments to ourselves but one time they didnt give my friend his utensils and he asked for them and the waitress got upset, for some odd reason. Anyway if you want your food in time I recommend you order either a day before or a few hours earlier, that should fix the problem. Other than that everything is good and props to the people who make the food, I wish I could tip them.

The manager named Lisa Oralgel is just completely rude and horrible. I was actually going to compliment the cleaniness of the restaurant and politeness of the staff and she practically bit my head off and yelled at me for wasting her precious time. That was completely uncalled for. Before I even talked to her she was talking to someone on the phone yelling at whoever was on the other end of the line that she didnt have time to listen to them and that she worked 70hrs a week. If you dont like youre job, get a new one, and until you do, I wont be going back to this restaurant.

I ordered the Desert Heat wings and these things stink. They smell so bad I wont even bother to try one. I spoke with the manager and he said they are supposed to smell this way. My wings look like they fell from a moving truck and rolled a half mile in the dirt. I ended up going to Wingstop down the street and getting normal hot wings that dont smell like a dead chicken. You can bet I will never visit another BWW again! . Whoever came up with this recipe needs to be fired on the spot! What a waste of $16.

I am an avid fan of take out. I call in my order. They say to give them 10-15 minutes. I do. And guess what? Every time I do that I walk in, pay for my order and get it promptly. One interesting side note: I have called in an order so many times that they [the cashiers] know me by now so they automatically pick up my order , ring it up and have it ready for me to pay before I get to them.. I have not met a rude one yet in the bunch. One question: Why not a drive up window for customers like me?

We did not have a good experience tonight. We got seated right away and the waiter was nice. Everything else was unacceptable. We waited about an hour for our food. The food was cold. We didnt get what we ordered. We didnt get refills until the second time we had to ask for it. We didnt get the condiments we asked for until the second time around. We will go back but not on a busy night and definitely a different waiter. If they suck again we wont be going back.

Walked in and we sat in the bar area. A big table had left before we had gotten there, a huge mess all over the table. I noticed the lady manager at the bar talking and fixing her ponytail . She Never came and cleaned up the table. Our waitress also had another huge table at this time. It was disgusting to have to sit there with the table all dirty. Our waitress did a good job , I felt like the Manager should have been helping support her staff !

Other waitress is very nice and sweet. Order and deliciously. I realized spicy sauce on curio cheese. O my gosh my lip. Lol. It is not bad. Before I was waited for 1 hour and half and final call us to go table. I felt inside it s not right. But one thing Im glad I ate food. Thank lord, it s over Friday night! Haha You all have a wonderfully weekend!

Asked twice to have the temperature turned down and was told no. I thought that the comfort of the customers would be more important than the workers but I guess not. Just FYI, the temp was probably 62 at night and did not shut off once the whole time we were there. Also, the sound system sucks and you cant hear the game anyway.

B-Dubs!!! Nothing like catching a game and hanging out with the guys here. Really great wings too. Im glad they give out the hand wipes here, because when I dig into those wings I make one hell of a mess! lol I swear, it seems like half of the sauce ends up on my hands and face lol. Restrooms are alright.

The WORST customer service! The food is always mostly okay, but its not worth the hassle of dealing with the people who work there. There is always someone in our party whos food is wrong, even though its always repeated to us back perfectly. It seems like the cooks arent reading the ticket.
