First time going to this Bww. Horrible service. Waited 10 minutes for our server to even come over and get drink orders and when she did, half way through she walked off to talk to another server. She did that a second time when we were mid sentence giving our food order. She had other people bring out our appetizers and our food. After we got our food, it took her another 10 minutes to come back so we could ask where the sides were along with dipping sauces. But we were ready to go so we got the check and boxes. We asked for a bag but after a couple minutes of waiting we looked around and she was chatting with other servers so we just left. And it wasnt even busy that evening.

Usually we have a pretty good experience here but tonight we had Julia C as our waitress, probably the worst service Ive ever received. Ordering was practically impossible when she stood at one end of a long table in a loud resturant making us have to yell in order for her to hear us and still get some of the order wrong. Then when she brought the food just sat everything at one end so we all has to figure out what was what and pass it down. A nice waiter Kyle came by and saw all 8 of us waiting with empty drinks and kindly refilled everything for us. This review would be a one Star but luckily there was one waiter who was nice enough to make our experience a two star.

Had four members of the staff walk by me, make eye contact, and turned around while I was waiting. After a wait, I had a very awkward cashier who was complainhitive. I got my food to go and the wings/pretzels/celery were all the same temperature: lukewarm. I arrived right at the time I was told the food would be ready, so its not like it was sitting there long. The soft pretzels were also hard as a rock. When I say that, I mean that I bent my fingernail back trying to break them apart. The taste of the food is not good enough to motivate me to go back there again. Fool me twice, shame on me.

Stopped by this location in the middle of the day was totally ignored for over 20 minutes while sitting on patio got up and left! Then called the manager she stated to come back and she would make it right! Later that night returned with more friends asked for the manager(as told to do) was placed in a great spot in restaurant and the manager covered the entire bill. Also had a very friendly waiter (Steven). Will return next visit to this area. Special thanks to Managers(Pansy and David). Great customer service!

AGAIN we gave them another chance and same results. Waited 15 for a staff member to get or name for seating and them waited 20 more minutes to get and employees to said start our order.... after placing the order we waited 25 minutes and we ask the waiter the status on our order. He came back 5 minutes later and told us it get misplaced and that it would be another 20 minutes for a new order to be make. Got up and left. Common people. ... my kids were upset and I was mad.....

When we walked in the door no one spoke to us, we waited 10 minutes at the front before someone asked us how many in our party. When we finally got seated we sat there for 30 minutes with wait staff and other workers just walking around looking at us and no one waiting on us. That was my first and last time ever going there. I cant rate the food cause we ended up walking out.

Service leaves a lot to be desired. Seems understaffed everytime my wife and I have been in. Also, how can anyone enjoy the food? Terrible. Just tuurrrrible. I have never witnessed more dirty tables at any restaurant. I have no idea why Im here. Management REALLY needs to pay attention. The fault lies with them.

My family and I went to this location for dinner on a Friday night. The environment was exciting and upbeat. The staff actually seemed to be happy to be at work and happy to see my family and I. The food was perfect temperature and so tasty. I had a margarita that was to die for! I cant wait to go back!!!

Prices have gone up and the portions have gone down. Order was not right from start to finish. I ordered traditional and got boneless wings. Ordered onion rings and got fries. Asked for unsweet tea and got sweet tea. Place has really gone down hill in such a short time. Will not be going there again.

Our poor waiter has a party of 10, 12 and us, a 5 top. You can tell hes new. The restaurant isnt packed, but this guy has way more than he can handle. Weve been here for an hour, without our food,the party of 12 about 30 mins and they dont even have drinks yet!! Poor staffing by management!!!

The waiter paul was exceptional. I have never had so much good experience from a waiter. He made our visit very pleasant. He stayed around made sure we had plenty to drink plus eat. Went out of his way to keep serving us what we wanted. Made me want to come back cause of his service.

I ate wings at the Anchor Bar in Buffalo NY. They invented Buffalo Wings. BWW wings are not great. Wings are supposed to be crispy. BWW are too big and not crispy enough. Sauces are good. Does not compare to the Anchor bar. My homemade wings are better.

I went here today my husband and i ssy for 15 to 20 minutes while watching waitresses just walk around never asked had we been helped or anything....Bad service I would say. They just walked by as we were invisible. Finally we got up and walked out ..

Not their best location. Order is always wrong and they can sure ruin buffalitos, not once but two different times. Waitress we had never offered to refill drinks and didnt take the time to put our order in correctly. Will not return to this location.

New and clean, but service can be very slow during peak hours. Not the place to go for a quick lunch. Standard wing menu with lots of sauce options. TV placement is interesting, sit at the bar if you want to watch the game.

Always have great service, excellent beer selection. Unfortunately for me have limited food options as most of the menu is spicy and I can not eat a lot of spicy foods. Still enjoy coming here for the beer and atmosphere.

Went during off peak hours (3:45) so the 6 & 2 year old wouldnt bug others. Food was good but took a bit for a chicken sandwich and boneless wings but kids Mac n cheese was out in good time. Friendly staff, just not fast

1 hour for our food and waitress tells us theyre out of Mac and Cheese WHEN THE FOOD CAME OUT. 2 of the kids ONLY ordered this so they ended up having to reorder. 2 hours plus just to eat. Pitiful.
