Went there for mothers day brunch. Extremely overpriced at 24.99 a person and 9.99 for my 2 young children, didnt include drink. Food was NOT fresh and sitting out for long periods, our waitress was not around for refills on our water or my childrens soda...when we ordered one bloody Mary it took 30 mins and was mostly ice. Also they charged gratuity on our bill!! Not only was I upset about having my brunch ruined but the hubby was upset about the 95.00 meal for two adults and two small children with only one cocktail and one small childs soda that was never refilled. we could have went somewhere else for better service, hot food, and quality service. I unfortunately will never be coming back to green mill nor ordering delivery.

Gave a second chance, same ol song and dance. Ordered pizza for a Vikings game back in the fall, they said the order was left in the printer. Our pizza was 2 hours late. Decided to say what the heck and try it again. This time we placed a phone order. They said they thought we wanted to pick it up. Why would we give an address and ask if they could swipe our credit card when the driver arrived if we wanted to pick up our food? Seems like it is all very disorganized and poorly managed. Overall, pretty expensive, with pretty horrible service. I wouldnt recommend - especially dont order for delivery.

Our server was very friendly, she took our order just fine. We ordered 3 of the same pizza, but 2 were supposed to be regular crust and 1 thin crust. 30 minutes later all 3 came out thin. And two of those were undercooked. We didnt have the time to wait for new pizzas to be cooked. The server told us she submitted the order correctly but the kitchen had screwed up the order and evidently the table next to us also had their order screwed up. The manager never came over and apologized or offered any remedy. There are much better pizza joints out there to waste time here.

Horrible service. We waited a ridiculously long time for food. It came out wrong. Our waitress Taya never checked on us for drinks or to see if the order was right. We had to get up to get anything corrected and again had to ask for more water. The to go food came out first. All the food was cold. I hate to be writing a bad review as I am in the serving industry, but it was so horrible I feel the need to share. After being starving I am leaving with my food to go just so I can heat it up. Unbelievably unimpressed. Especially because because it isnt even busy.

Wish there was a rating lower than 1 Star. We were there today and had the worst experience weve ever had at a restaurant. "Sheila", Im assuming our waitress?? brought us our beverages and was very short with us regarding ordering regular menu items during the buffet time. I thought waitresses were supposed to be happy or upbeat, but I think "Sheila" hated being at Green Mill more than we did... Its normally not this bad, but this was only the 2nd time wed come in during the buffet time. Either way, probably wont be back.

Had a group of 30 reserved for the back party room.on Sunday We had one server who was not able to keep up with our drink orders. We ordered off the buffet which they knew we were going to the food was not adequate not warm and very poor quality very disappointed will not go back for quite a while. I to give it one star to post or I would have given none. try to put this review on their website for Hastings and they would not let me put a negative review there very disappointed in them.

TERRIBLE!!!! They dont know how to ever listen when calling to pick up or for delivery. Everytime they seem to mess something up and forgetting things you pay extra for! You literally have the easiest job and you cant even do it! Just ordered the Hawaiian burger ask for sauce on the side they forgot that, not to mention it doesnt even come with tomatoes but they managed to put some on there! Definitely not worth the price...im better off going to get food from a gas station.

Ordered a dish Ive ordered several times at other Green Mills, and it tasted horrible. For one, it didnt even come out correctly (I asked for chicken on my flatbread that I didnt get), and it had an awful sour taste. The waitress comped the dish, but other than that there was no apology or anything else in return. The manager walked by several times, but never stopped by our table once. To top it off, the place could use a good cleaning!

My husband took me out to help cheer me up after a very sad day. This restaurant certainly didnt help. An hour wait for food, and when it arrived my dinner was inedible. Badly over cooked fish with no seasoning. The rest of the dish tasted overwhelmingly of raw hot onions. French fries were soggy. Service was so slow I couldnt re-order before my husband finished his supper. I went home hungry after sitting for two hours in the restaurant.

The boneless wings are out all time favorite wings. They may not actually be wings but the white meat chicken is so succulent and they reheat well. We recommend the old world style crust or the hand tossed. Pricing on pizza is decent. Well worth the quality. Cheesecake is huge. Yes its a bit pricey but the quality of the food is worth it. Staff is normally on point but as in any restraunt there can be some lag and miscommunication.

I have had a good experience every time weve gone. The takeout pizza is delicious and an incredible value for us. They are always on time and usually very attentive and want to know if you have been taken care of or had a good experience. It seems like management has put a heavy emphasis on customer service as I see them try hard to take care of anything that went wrong.

Absolutely terrible. My meatloaf was a hamburger Patty with fricken ketchup on it and still mooing at me. My friends kid ordered Mac and cheese and Im pretty sure they ran to Walmart and got great value Mac in a box. The last time I ate something that bad I fell down and got a face full of cowshit. Would highly recommend going to McDonalds.

Green Mill - Hastings is our preferred partner for catering ANY event or function. At Extreme Sandbox we have been using them for years. Customer service was seriously lacking. We were not seated in an orderly manner, our drink orders took about ten minutes to place (in a very empty restaurant), and our food came out a different times/slowly as well. We also had multiple checks come incorrectly. Certainly no value associated with the cost of the menu items.

Love to come here for long island Thursdays . Have done margarita Mondays as well. Have tried many different hints on their menu and really have not been disappointed with anything Favorites are their boneless buffalo wings which that do all in house and are not pre bagged.
