Went here for dinner on a Friday evening at around 9:15pm with family and I have to say, the best thing I had to eat while here was the free popcorn. The service was severely lacking especially considering the dinner rush was over and I saw the waitress serving only our table and another table. It must have taken 10 minutes just to get our drinks. I ordered the broiled cod. Do not make this mistake if you decide to go here. It was dry and tough. The baby red potatoes were decent but I only got a total of 3 baby reds. The veggies I got (baby carrots, green beans, red onions, and cauliflower)were awful and I choked them down only for my health. They were bland and seemed to be retrieved from the deep depths of a chest freezer. Not to mention our food took about 45 mins to arrive after ordering. My advice if you are still considering this place: order a plate of baby reds and fill up on the free popcorn. Wont return.

I ordered the Walleye dinner with augratin potatoes and beer cheese soup. It took 2 hours to arrive, after I had checked on it. The driver did not come up to my apt and I had to walk down to meet him. Thats fine I sill gave a 20% tip.Then I went to eat the food... It was beyond bad. The walleye was wet from the steam in the box and complete mush and completely cold. The potatoes were just clumped with cold gobs of cheese. The soup was also stone cold and thick. I barely got any popcorn. The only thing I managed to eat was the soup after re-cooking it on my stove and adding lots of milk to it. The fish looked awful not even worth trying to salvage. Ill never order from there again and do not suggest it to anyone. They did finally refund 50% of my order cost after an hour of tears and frustration. But I still went hungry and ended up ordering a pizza, which I will do /first/ next time.

What a HUGE disappointment. We went for the prime rib which actually USED to be very good. We were brought what looked like thin grisly steaks with hatch marks from the grill. The waitress said thats what they all look like now. We had to ask for au jus and butter, the vegetables were not crisp, they were raw. Eventually, after we complained the manager came out and said the prime rib NEVER looks like that. But she didnt apopgize, offer to give a prime rib meal at another time, just comped a beer and some coffee. On the way out we saw other plates that resembled prime rib. If their quality is so inconsistent, I cant imagine how they stay in business or why the place is so popular. Were never going back.

My husband and I frequent this restaurant/bar fairly often. We always sit in the bar side and enjoy it very much and on friday nights they have a band which is always alot of fun. On two occasions in the last two years we were invited to Surprise birthday partes which were catered in their party room....who knew they even had a party room? it was wonderful and the food excellent...we received many compliments on the food and staff. This is one of our favorite places to go too and for parties in the bar or in the party room it is EXCEPTIONAL! thanks Sgt Peppers!

GROUPON CAUTION. I use Groupon quite often because of the 50% off. I bought one for Sgt. Peppers on a whim thinking that like any other restaurant they would honor the voucher amount. They did not. Its good for 2 burgers and beer and thats it and at that its not 50% off. If you want any other variation they wont honor the dollar amount of the voucher. Be careful when using the Groupon. They arent always 50% off and some sellers are firm on the specific offer and wont honor the dollar amount. Quite disappointed in Groupon and Sgt. Peppers.

Spent time enjoying a meal with my family. The food selection was great. The meals were well prepared and had tastes that complimented the ingredients used. They also have great comfort foods and its a good place to relax with your family. The dining area was clean and the staff friendly. They were able to share thier experiences with some of the dishes which helped me make my lunch choice. They also have an active schedule of activities like bingo too. Always an enjoyable visit everytime we have come here with family.

Wont go back. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich, with coleslaw topping- and a side of steamed, (?) vegetables. The first sandwich that arrived was not hot- warm, in some spots- the pork had that Ive been around for awhile taste- the coleslaw had no taste, and the vegetables were so overcooked- or over steamed; (doubtful, because they would have needed to be steamed- I love mush peapods.) The server was awesome, and so was the popcorn.......and the bun of the sandwich was good. What a waste of time, and money.

They have all the makings for a good standbye kind of joint, but some things just dont come together. The service is usually sketchy, and the drinks menu is on the boring side. The food is not great--the mr and I have tried a lot of different things here, and theres still no one dish that were like YES, lets go get xx at Sgt Peppers. But we do love their trivia, bingo, the gift card raffles, so we drop in, thinking that something will be better this time. And its always meh.

I love this place! It is an adult environment which is family friendly. I am not much into "kiddie joints", even though I have kids. This place has great food, friendly servers, and the prices are comparable to other family restaurants. I also have to say how much I enjoy your balloon makers on Fridays! You are now my kids favorite place, and your balloon people really keep them (and us!) entertained while we finish our meal in peace! Thank you for such a great experience.

Slow service & mediocre food. It took well over 30 minutes to get our food. I ordered their all you can eat Friday Fish Fry. Two small pieces of fish and a baked potato. My plate was empty before the waitress came back, and she didnt ask if I wanted more. The service was really bad. And the hostess kept doing stretches and some soort of dancing at the front desk. All in all very unprofessional, and disappointing. Especially for the prices.

I would give these guys 5 stars but the burger they said was spicy really was very mellow. It tasted good but the pepper jack was not a good brand or maybe they accidentally used mozzarella. I was expecting some zing and it really wasnt there. But, we were seated immediately, the service was great, we got our food very fast, everything was prepared and presented well, just not the taste I was expecting.

Great place for a hamburger, fries and a beer. They have free popcorn which is always freshly popped and delicious. Very good service. Good value. Truly a neighborhood place with an older crowd. The hamburgers are excellent. Most of the rest of the menu is just average. Separate bar - with food service - and quieter dining area without televisions.
