I really wanted to like this place. Really. I was about to reserve a table for 13 for a rehearsal dinner. But we decided to try the place out first. Glad we did. We arrived. "Table for two." there were 4-5 empty, place-set tables for two in a row by the entrance. We were told itll be a 5-10 minute wait. We were eventually seated, and these tables were never used while we were there on a busy Sunday night. After long pauses, the server took our drink orders. They had Grain Belt Nordeast on tap. I ordered " a Grain Belt." Later I was brought a bootle of Grain Belt Premium in a bottle. No effort on the servers part to clarify the order. Wrong variety of beer and served in the wrong size. We placed our food orders. I got the build-your-own-burger, which involves checking off options on a pad of paper. The server read back the entire order I had marked off. Yep, thats correct. Burger well done, etc. My burger arrives 20 minutes later. Not well done. It was so raw my fiancé can see the pink meat from the other side of the table. Im color-blind and in the dim restaurant it looked cooked to me. Thank goodness she was there to say something. When the server came to see how it was, she apologized and took it back to be redone. After my fiancé was done with her dinner, mine was replaced with the server apologizing again for the earlier error because "the kitchen was busy." There was no discount offered for serving undercooked meat when well-done was ordered. Never mind the table next to us earlier had the manager apologize for mistakes and took 20% off their order. I guess they ran out of error discounts for the night. Needless to say, we will not be back and will not be having our rehearsal dinner here.

Service and/or organization of the wait staff is incompetent. This restaurant was near our hotel and our first stop for food after 6 hours of road. It was about 7:00 p.m., but after the dinner rush. While many tables were full, the place was in the process of emptying out. About 15 minutes to sit down (will not complain there), but about another 15-20 minutes to see our server. We quickly ordered because we reviewed the menu online while we waited. It was about another 15 minutes before our drinks were refilled, and then another 20 minutes before our food arrived. My wife wanted to leave multiple times after our first drink refill. Once the food arrived, my order was incorrect. I had built a burger and it was wrong. My wife ate, but it was another ten minutes before I could begin eating. The second burger was delivered by the manager with an apology and a promise that it was on the house. Service was also a little bit better after the error too. Food was good, but not worth the very long wait. Overall, I would have rated better if timing of everything was tighter and my drink would have stayed filled. Our server was seen at tables all over the place, so I guess that explains why we barely saw her. I know that the owner reads these reviews. Something must be done about the service. I feel the wait staff would be more attentive if they were in established zones. I understand lending a hand, but it felt like chaos in there. Of the handful of restaurants that we visited while in the area, the service was the worst at this location by a long shot. Food was pretty good, but we have zero interest in returning.

Good food, terrible service. We went there for dinner with our one year old and we had reservations. When we got there we waited a little while for a table which was fine but then we sat at our table for about 10 minutes before a server acknowledged us. After we ordered our appetizer (which a different employee dropped off at our table) we waited for 45 MINUTES to order our dinners.....with a one year old so that was a blast. I finally went up to the bar and asked for a different server because our server had been standing at the booth next to ours just chatting for about 20 minutes while we stared at her expecting her to come wait on us. The bartender took our order for our daughters food and sent a server over to wait on us but then that server just took our order and put it in the pocket of the first terrible server that we had. We watched that first server walk over to the second one and ask what was going on and when she told her that we had complained about the wait we saw a major eye roll she just said "oh whatever." A completely different person brought us our food, the bartender brought us our second drinks because no one ever asked us if we wanted more drinks. Then our terrible excuse for a server dropped our bill off at our table and asked us how everything was. SERIOUSLY? It was horrible. If the service were any better I would go back because the food is good but that ruined it for us. Thats the 3rd time wed been there with poor service but that one really took the cake. Three strikes and theyre out.

The first time I ate lunch there, about a month ago, I ate at the inside bar. The service and the food were quite good. Today I joined a party of three there for brunch at around 12:30pm. Though they were not very crowded either inside or outside, they sent us to the bar with a pager, which is acceptable. The bartender was very curt with us and seemed put off when I asked for a snit with my Bloody Mary. Things went downhill from there. We were seated by the hostess and she took our drink orders. We filled out our omelet cards and placed them at the edge of our table. Our waitress showed up about 10 minutes later and we all ordered the buffet. She asked if we had ordered drinks and we said yes, so she went to find out where they were, not taking the omelet cards. We decided to grab a plate and eat. Almost all of the food at the buffet looked and in fact was hot and tasty. When we returned to the table, the omelet cards were still there and still no drinks. Our waitress finally came back to clear our first round of plates, then took our omelet cards. I inquired about the drinks we had ordered and she had to retake the order. We received our Bloody Marys and omelets towards the end of our meal! In review: good food, bad service.

20 stars! We came here as our second choice after being treated horribly at the first place we went and walking out. From the second we walked in the door, I knew we were in the right place! The hostess made polite small talk the whole way to our booth. Our server greeted us within 15 seconds. The football game was on, but not too loud to ignore it if you so wished. Other customers were polite with their small cheers and clapping. The food was amazing. We asked our server for a recommendation on an appetizer and she did not just immediately recommend the most expensive thing, which many do. Our service was fast and friendly. I especially love that our server put on gloves when she boxed our food! I will recommend this place to everyone. A great choice for family or friends, we had an excellent anniversary dinner with fondue desert! Thank you!!
