We just moved to the Lino area, and I happen to drive by this place while finding my way to Target. What a little hidden GEM. I love MX food and it is very hard to find some decent MX around here. Food was very good! We both had Burritos and they are HUGE. I think it will be our new "go to" spot. The loves: food!! impressive, although I had a hard time deciding being our first time. The menu is massive. I loved the ethnic feel that every worker was Hispanic or otherwise. I was just in the REAL Cancun a few months ago, so gave a lil flash back to our trip :). Although our waiter was a bit..odd, but pleasant enough. Prices are reasonable. Room for improvements: The patio basically sucks-4 tables total. It is a beautiful spot, nothing next to it except grass, trees. Could enlarge-more tables, and add some decor-flowerpots or mex decor and you would have alot more summer business to enjoy a good patio. Either way I wanted to sit outside, and the 4 tables were obviously taken. Could be soooo much more. White Blanco dip could be improved, wasnt bad, but not the best. (its my private addiction ;) ) TY for playing MX music!! I go to alot of MX places and they kill the ambience by playing american. We enjoyed our meal and trying your place. We will be back!

Very upset that they charge a to go tax when you order your food to go. The manager had no explanation other than the owner said all to go orders get an extra tax. I have never heard of something so ridiculous. If the tax is to cover the cost of the to go containers which I assume is their thinking then its still ridiculous. I would think it cost them more if I ate in. When I get it to go I dont need a waitress to make at least 4 trips to my table. Or the busboy to take my dirty dishes. Or the extra work for the dish washer and the water and soap to clean my dirty dishes. How about the wear and tear to the furniture when I sit in it or the restroom that needs cleaning more often when patrons stay to eat. I guess I would be happy to have to go customers. I sure hope they re-think this TAX as I will no longer eat here if its a policy.

Went to Hugo restaurant for lunch today on our day off. They were not terribly busy but our waitress was terrible negative 10. Ran out of chips, salsa, water. Took forever for her to stop by and check on us. She showed up when our food was served. My girlfriend lettuce, guacamole, beans were floating in wet lettuce water. Wet to ask to speak to a manager. Best she did was remake enchilada n 2 bucks off since she refused more soupy beans n lettuce/guacamole. The manager made it sound like she was remaking a whole meal. Terrible service we had almost go pay at the hostesses booth. Not impressed what so far! Been there before never such horseshit food and service. It sucked to have to leave a tip! Laura

Ive recommended this place to so many folks --however today the Hugo location was a bit off. Both my boyfriends and my steak were extremely tough and not cut all the way through. In fact when I tried to cut it my folk went flying on the floor--the waitress was right on it and gave me a new fork. He had the Philly Steak and I had the fajita burrito. We were there for our 6:30 p.m. reservations and was seated at 6:45 p.m. (dont know if it really mattered to take reservations since they didnt check against any list?) Ill give them another shot since all my other experiences have been awesome.

The food was decent in taste and price but 3 things happened that were very disappointing. 1) The heat didnt work in the building and it was 50-55 degrees. Nobody told us this prior to seating us. Should they even be open for business in a case like this? I dont believe so. We had to go to our car to get blankets for our kid just so he could eat without shivering. All they said was, "You shouldve been here this morning, it was colder." 2) In my food I found one those stickers found on vegetables when you but them in the store. 3) They left a full Bay leaf in my Quesadilla that I bit into.

Wow, I was expecting so much more. I ordered the Chipotle BBQ pulled pork sandwich, for $12.50. The sandwich came with less than an inch of meat on it, it was completely burnt and charred on the bottom, and the only meat that wasnt burnt- was completely clumped together and tough. I found 2 bones while eating, and eventually I gave up. Why $12.50 for this? I didnt say anything directly because our poor waiter was so kind and she was extremely busy throughout the night. I dont reccommend for food or price, sorry.

Honestly some of the best mexican food ive ever come across. Its a bit pricey to be fair but i ordered a burrito with rice and beans and I honestly had 3 meals out of it. The portions are just insane. Thats not really a selling point for me, but it justifies spending a bit more. Staff was nice enough besides for an employee opening their car door into my fathers new dodge ram megacab. Its not like he didnt see the truck! Just didnt care one bit. Unfortunately i had to drop a star for that.

The taste of some of the food seems moldy. The meats I particular. I have concerns for the cleaning practices. When using the condements I noticed the were all filled to the top but the bottles were disgusting looking like the have been used over and over again. Is it really that expensive to just buy a new container each time one is empty. Server was very nice however. Attached is a pic to show a glimpse of how nasty the bottles were:

This place was great! The food was amazing and the staff were so very kind and helpful. We ordered the fajitas for lunch and could have easily share the plate. Vey colorful plating and very fresh peppers and onions. The chicken and the steak were seasoned expertly. We plan on going back as a huge family to celebrate a very special person and I know that they will treat us as their own "familia." Thanks and Kudos to all the staff.

We were on our way down to alcapoco mex rest. When we saw the road sign for here. Decided to check it out. What a great place. We found our new place for Mexican food. The service was awesome and the food was so good. My husband got the fiesta trio, and all 3 meats had so much flavor. I got the classic chimis, and loves them. They do a great job. We will be back :)

We will not be returning. The food and drinks were awesome, until we were charged THREE times for our bill totaling $150. Nothing was done to make this experience better besides promising our money would be back in our account by Tuesday (its Friday). The money isnt the issue, but the principle behind it. Truly disappointing experience.

It was fine. Nothing was bad, I wouldnt say it was good though either, at least not compared to other local, authentic Mexican restaurants. Service wasnt anything impressive- slightly slow, although the food did come fast. This location is extremely loud. It wasnt even half full and we could barely have a normal conversation.
