Im so use to crabby people when I go get food after work but tonight after a long day at work I stopped by and a nice lady by the name Lisa J made my whole night. She was so nice, sweet and went above and beyond with her job. It is people like her that make me want to come back to a fast food place again and again. I am definitely going back again after a great experience I had there tonight and if I do say myself taco bell needs more people like her. Thank you Lisa for making my night your kindness and loyalty made my food taste so mush better.

First of all I would like to say most of the time I have a good experience but not this time. Being yelled at through the drive thru window by a manager for no reason is not good CUSTOMER service skills especially to a CUSTOMER. I am posting this because this is what happen on my last visit there and to someone who is going to school for business you never yell at a CUSTOMER for any reason and its sad because I like taco bell but not if that is how they treat their customers

Staff is almost always smiling and willing to make jokes, service is speedy and reliable. Been going here once or twice a month since they opened, and only had one order screwed up. They were more than happy to fix it though. Its always nice and clean too, so thats a plus.

Food was okay. Customer service was horrible. Since the dining area was closed, we went through the drive thru. We ended up having to go through the drive thru 3 times because they kept messing up the order. On top of it all, the person working was rude and snotty.1

Got a five dollar lunch box. Double Chalupa, one Doritos Locos taco, and one regular taco, plus endless refills on my mountain dew Baha Blast! Super delicious! Five bucks, the manager checked our table to make sure we were satisfied. Great job bro! Thanks

This location has some of the best, most efficient and good natured staff. At any time of day Ive gotten the chance to even run through drive thru, theyve served me as well as can be expected while smiling and showing a sense of humor.
