My daughter and I came in a few weeks ago on a Saturday, hoping to have the lunch buffet to try all their different authentic foods. We found out that the buffet is during the week, so we were not sure what to order. The owner came over and helped my daughter order and answered all of our questions. He was VERY nice and gave us great suggestions. It was DELICIOUS! We ordered the butter chicken and beef momos along with steamed dumplings. It was all AMAZING! So much flavor and hefty portions. We had leftovers that we had for dinner that night. The owner also gave us a coupon to come back! My daughter had been asking to go back since school got out, so we can enjoy the buffet. We finally went today and used our coupon and got to enjoy the buffet. The buffet was great! We tried so many different foods and it was all great! We had to order the steamed dumplings because they were not on the buffet, but they were only $3. We ate until we were full. The curry chicken was so good! We ordered a side of curry chicken to go and just ate it for dinner with our steamed dumpling leftover. The food was GREAT! We will be back for sure and we want to bring my dad with so he can enjoy this amazing authentic food!

Worst Experience ever!!! We were four of us and from the moment that we entered we did not feel that warmness or friendly hospitality that we often expect when we go in a restaurant. We ordered some foods, and server took the order but after couple of minutes they got a group of customers at the other table and after 15 minutes of our order, server came to us and said that the food that we ordered is not available and were out of the ingredients ( it was basically the steamed buns). And the server was very rude too, she did not once come to our table to ask how the food was? Or even to refill the water. Serving portion was very small too, for momo (steamed dumplings) mostly they give 10 but here it was 8 and its not the quantity that I am worrying about its the cold attitude of server and presentation. Oh! and those steamed buns that we had ordered and they said were out of it, we saw that the same server bring it to the table next to us. I am not sure on what base were they judging their customers. I would like to recommend other tibetan/indian restaurants in twin cities area are far more better in their customer service/food quality and environment. Namaste!

Arrived before close on a Saturday evening a few weeks ago. I loved the warm colors and simple decorations along the walls - it felt very intentional. I was served by the restaurant owner, and ordered his recommendation, a Tibetan beef soup. It wasnt only delicious, but I felt invigorated by the warmth of the soup. Speaking with one of the cooks later on, he informed me that in Tibet, they often eat the soup everyday during the winters, as its very healthful. Ive been twice more for the lunch time buffet - a great way to enjoy traditional Indian food while in Hopkins.

Food is always good. The lunch buffet is a good way to sample a bit of the menu, but ordering from the menu is best. Ive been coming here regularly since they opened, and almost everything I tried was fantastic. My favorites are the chana cho-ley (chickpea masala), sha bakla (crispy beef filled pastries), and chicken lollipops. If you eat meat, you have to try the lollipops! Crispy, salty, and perfectly seasoned. If youre unsure what to order, dont hesitate to ask. The staff is friendly and they love giving suggestions.

Not only was our food absolutely amazing but our server, Tenzing was fantastic! It was our first time at this restaurant and our first time trying actual Tibetan/Indian food and she was super helpful letting us know what sauces typically went with what and in general teaching us a lot. We will definitely be back! Everything we tried tonight was amazing and next time well come back during the buffet to try more!

Authentic Tibetan food plus selections from India. Consistently great food and service. The owner is always there and helpful with suggestions. If you ask them to make the food spicy hot, even "Indian hot," they make it great. Vegetable samosas are a wonderful starter appitizer. Limited selections of wine and beer. Pleasant outdoor seating in summer.

Tibet corner has friendly staff and a variety of choices for the buffet lover in you. I only had the Vegetarian options but they were all delicious. My favorite was the curry potatoes, naan bread with a side of dill yogurt chutney yummy..i didnt even try the menu options. I assume since the buffet was great the menu options are even better.

As an unassuming corner restaurant across the street from a Chipotle Id been by many times and never thought twice about trying this place out. What a huge mistake. A friend and I met for dinner and the food and service are both killer. The restaurant was pretty drafty so if its cold out wear a sweater, but the food makes this 5-stars.

Went to Tibet Corner for the first time tonight. The food was delicious. I had the fried beef momo and a buttered tea and my friend had the beef shapta, both of which were delicious. The server was very friendly and explained the menu to us and had great suggestions about the dinner. I will definitely be coming back.

The place is good for quick lunch. I visited this restaurant thinking I will get to try some authentic (or at least something close) Tibetan food, but to my surprise this was an Indian place only, all the food items are Indian. To further disappoint me even the Indian food there was not much tasty.

I always go to the Tibet Corner for their Lunch Buffet. Its a good selection of food and its of great quality! For dessert, they have this molasses cake (you probably know what its called, go you) that is so balancing after a large meal. I always leave feeling like Ive reached Nirvana!

god awful. i am in no way a negative person or do i ever feel it necessary to leave a bad review but when a guy pays $15 for shrimp fried rice and gets 4 shrimp, FOUR, cut in half.. with the tails still on. that is what warrants a horrid review. try harder dudes.

Went there for the buffet yesterday. The food was cold and lacked spice. There was absolutely no flavor to the food. They trick people into thinking that it is authentic Tibetan and Indian food when in actuality they dont even use the proper ingredients.

Not good. Me and my friends went here for late lunch and waitress seemed annoyed and least interested in serving us food. Not at all good service. Even though food was good but because of service and attitude of staff we decided not to go again.
