Since its been a little while since the last review was posted: I stopped in looking for cheap eats while driving-thru from somewhere to somewhere else. I got standard spec food that wouldve passed a corporate standards review. Good enough, cheap enough, never quite looking or tasting as amazing as the pictures suggest. The older reviews are still valid on the service, however. Some BKs are excellent. The people working my order were just adequate, not awesome or even very happy. One employee I spied, dressed to work and having been driven in by a person who parked in a handicapped space, waited while the employee proceeded to mill about as though getting ready to clock-in. He whined to another employee about a prior agreement to cover their shift, ambled about in a seeming aimless fashion for another minute, then came back to the customer-side, ordered some food, ate it, and then went back to the car and left. All this while the driver of that car waited (patiently?). It was a strange scene. It seemed like he was intending to start a shift, but then apparently begged out of it and made his driver wait while he had a bit of meal-break. The fact of the drivers waiting made me think this was expected. I have no complaints, but there was certainly an odd vibe going on at this BK during my visit.

Drive-thru service was terrible. Ordered the 2 for $4 sausage egg and cheese cresants and got egg and cheese biscuits instead. They proceeded to argue with us and say that thats what was rung up even though we clearly stated sausage egg and cheese. We were also short-changed and had to argue about that. This was a MANAGER we were dealing with too. Absolutely unacceptable.

Love it. My favorite staff who is always willing to fix orders quickly is Stormy you need to give that girl a raise or a promotion. Otherwise alot of the other staff is rude. This girl forgot to give us our straws and half of our order so we had to stop and i had to run in. She was very rude to me. I dont know her name

Usually motivated friendly staff, but not today. Though there was a gentleman cleaning and checking off a list who asked if I had been helped. He was definitely the standard bearer that the others should be following.

Looked on google, was supposed to be open until midnight, swung by at 11:20 & was already closed. So if you ever get off of work late, dont ever count on them to be open.

Food is good and hot here. Usually they get the order accurate, sometimes we get shorted condiments like BBQ and napkins which is a big deal when doing the drive thru.

Drive thru sucks, way too slow. It would be quicker to go to a sit down restaurant. Service sucks too. Go to McDonalds down hwy 169, youll be much happier.

Well, rocket scientists the employees are not. They certainly are in no hurry. Other than that...its just perfect for your cheap quality "chain" food.

Foods ok always messed up but thats normal so why complain usually a 10 min wait at least in the drive thru fast food now I called it slow food
