At about 12:30, July 2nd, my dad and I each got a whopper meal and a box of Mac n Cheetos (which taste disgustingly similar to playdough, dont order them). The food was lukewarm, and seemed a little messy. After eating most of my whopper, one particular section of it tasted like it was rubbed on a freshly used toilet - no joke, it tasted like feces. The taste was so strong that I had to swish my mouth with a large cup of Peach Sprite that came with the meal, and then spit it back into the cup. Soon after, I got up from my chair and left with my dad. As we were heading out the door, we heard another customer exclaiming at an employee, telling him to take his hand out of his pants. We didnt look back, but from what I heard, it seemed like the reply from the employee was coming from the grill area. The customer then walked out alongside us, and we talked briefly about our experience at the restaurant. From what she said, it seems like both of our orders were lukewarm, and both of our orders tasted awful at some point. We both came to the conclusion that the most relative cause was the employee that allegedly had their hand down their pants without any gloves. Too long;didnt read: Needless to say, as other reviews have indicated, this place has damnable sanitary issues and employment problems, and they need to be addressed to corporate management if they plan to keep this spot in business - or even get it back in business. But for my sake, Im never going back, not even if I hear good reviews for this restaurant. I suggest others take that same level of consideration if they want to avoid potentially eating food that has fecal matter on it.

Im just not sure how you can stay in business at this location. Just horrible service. You need to fire everyone including the manager and start over. They are slow, unfriendly and lazy people at this store. Im not in understanding how an FBC or health department could even pass you for being up to code. Ive sent reviews before thinking things might change. All I get back is a standard email. No call or coupons sent to me. I keep thinking it will get better but clearly it wont. Ive been to other locations and they seem to care what customers think so why is this one so bad?? The taco bell and Wendys next door will from now on get my business. Also you should have a rule about your employees smoking in front of the customers. I certainly dont mind if you smoke but not by the front door so my kids and myself can smell it as we go into the store. I will not be going back. In fact I might get a sign and protest your store so others can see how disgusting it is.

Food was good and fresh because it was a slow sunday night. Decor is nice. But heres my experience there :D. Pulled into the parking lot. Manager along with some of the coworkers and some other people were outside smoking. I figure it was a sunday.. slow night. Walked inside people were friendly but noticed the inside smelled like cigarette smoke. The order takers were nice, not really professional. Got all the food correct. As me and my wife were eating that group that were outside smoking came in and were quite loud as they yelled across the store did I forget that THEY WERE THROWING THINGS AT EACH OTHER (these are EMPLOYEES). Continued eating and saw through the glass door that the workers there were smoking joints outside. Anyways, on my way out a group of latino in a Honda accord were flicking me off for no reason. On the bright side, food was pretty good as always.

The server was rude covered in tats and acted like she had better things to do. Then the guy behind me ordered. And they seemed to know each other. All the other orders got their numbers called my number was never called and she handed my order to her friend and then when I said something about hey I didnt get my meal it took forever for them to remake it this isnt the first time that something stupid like this has happened here the fact that idiots like this one $15 an hour is just beyond me but hey live and learn.

Sooo theyre closed at 10:30 on a Saturday, even though people are inside. Lights on the outside are off, except that part of the sign is lit...welcome to GER KING. Unreal. Change your hours on Google at least. It says your open till midnight....and yet you have employees inside standing around on their phones at 10:30...

I struggled to find something, anything clean here. The drink station was dirty the fountain pop was dirty the ketchup station was dirty the floor was dirty the tables were sticky the booths were dirty. And even though I watch them make my food. It still tasted lukewarm. Not sure what happened.

Ive gone there multiple times on weeknights at 8 oclock and all their lights are shut off even though I can see people in the actual building talking with each other on their phones. So essentially theyre pretending to be closed even though theyre on the clock so they dont have to do any work.

Although they forgot the bacon in my burger they were kind enough to make me a second one for free and let me keep both! The food was hot and fresh. I was impressed for fast food. Our greeter Serena was very kind and patient!

When I went there for a burger it was over cooked and it smelt very disgusting the fries were very salty and the water had something in it discussing I recommend not going there if u want to throw up

Never again. If you go after 8pm you get cold nasty food. My fries were cold, half full and had 4-5 onion rings in it. The chicken nuggets were cold too. Money & food wasted.

Best manager Ive EVER met!!!! He replicated the most delicious sandwich that USED to be on the menu: the bacon cheeseburger deluxe. Great attitude about it as well!!!
