I ordered a pizza from this hut. As the delivery man was walking up to my door, a baby carriage, including baby, rolled out into the busy street. Without hesitation the delivery man rushed out into the road, did a backflip over a fast moving car, and pushed the baby carriage to safety. Only then did he and I both realize that there wasnt a baby in the carriage at all, but a bomb wired with an audio-device emitting crying baby noises. I looked at the delivery guy, he looked at me, and then he reached into his pocket and pulled out a pair of wire cutters. "Red or blue?!" He shouted at me. "I dont know!" I answered. Then, pizza still in hand, he turned his head and snipped the blue wire. The ticking clock on the bomb stopped at "00:02" and the world was safe. It was a stuffed crust pizza and it was delicious.

Ordered online and said it would take an hour and 45 minutes. Tried calling the store for an hour to cancel the order and try do it as a carryout instead. Never got an answer on the phone and called another store as well. They couldnt get an answer even on the managers cell phone. So this store agreed to do a carryout and had my order ready in 15 minutes. As I am picking up the order the delivery showed up. My girlfriend answered the door and said we had been trying to call for an hour. He said he didnt know why anyone wasnt answering and that he had left the store 30 minutes ago! My food would have been old and I would have sent it back. This store is also known for not having products regularly.

I wish I could give NO stars, but thats not an option, unfortunately. Ridiculous! This is the SECOND time Ive ordered online for delivery, only to be told, Sorry, we have no driver. I ordered today for a staff meeting at work, made my order at 10am for delivery at 1pm, and was contacted TWO AND A HALF HOURS later to say theyre not able to deliver. Not sure why they waited until 12:30pm to tell me this.... This happened a month or so ago, but I figured that was a one-time thing. NOPE. So now Im scrambling to get an order delivered to my office in a HALF HOUR since our meeting is at 1pm. Thanks, Pizza Hut, for nothing. I will NEVER order from you idiots again.

Well it was pretty annoying, my friend tried calling them and it took a super long time. The guy said he was going to "look for a coupon" and was he was gone for like 3 minutes so we hung up and ordered from dominoes.

Literally cancer. Ordered wings, half of them didnt have sauce, had to call some corporate number, was put on hold for LITERALLY 15 MINUTES before I hung up and decided never to order from pizza hut again.

I stopped ordering from here. Every time I ordered the pizza was not cooked through, they forgot the drinks more often than not, and when i asked for them to make sure the pizza was done, it arrived burned.

Pizza delivered cold. No joke! Been on hold for my second time around. This time for 45 minutes. I am so pissed and also speading the word about home crappy their customer service is!!!! Un-real!!
